The charming and comfortable country home, Villa Sa Rota is located in the heart of Lloret de Vistalegre on the Island of Mallorca. The single storey detached home features a private pool 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lush greenaries, cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Villa Sa Rota can sleep up to 5 persons.
All 3 bedrooms embody rustic countryside charm with minimalist design. Bedroom 1 comes with a comfortable double bed, large wooden wardrobe for your belongings, wooden chest drawers as well as rattan chairs. A huge window allows you to view the verdant green spaces outside. Meanwhile, bedroom 2comes with 2 single beds which can be joined to make a large double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers while bedroom 3 has one single bed. All 3 rooms share the 2 available family bathrooms which have high quality showers, toiletries and vanities. Bath and hand towels are also provided.
This delightful property sits on over six acres of sprawling enclosed grounds. The long shaded terrace looks across to the beautiful private pool with roman steps and sun beds where you can get some sunshine after a swim. During cooler days, plan a BBQ and have you meals in comfort at outdoors alfresco style while enjoying the delightful green spaces.
Beautifully designed and furnished, with beamed ceilings, attractive tilings and pretty local fabrics as decoration exudes a homely and welcoming feel. The open plan layout renders spacious indoor spaces. The sparse airconditioned living room makes a great spot for relaxation where you can get some entertainment on the satellite TV channels, read a book or just while away your time on the ultra-plush sofas. Take a quick nap on the rocking chair. An ornamental fireplace adds to the coziness of the living space. A huge 4-seater table adorns the dining area with a wall-mounted long bench for added comfort, on the side. The kitchen in a separate area of the house, is well-equipped and features a full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle for any meals preparations while enjoying the outdoor views, through the large windows. A small table placed in the middle of the kitchen is great for quick meals or snacks.
A wonderful team of staff is always available to ensure you a comfortable and fuss-free stay. Our hard-working housekeepers ensure the house is clean, linens are changed every 7 days while towels which are also complimentary are changed every 4 days. Heating is also available for colder winter months. The open onsite parking gives you peace of mind knowing your rented car is secured. Other on-demand services like baby cot or crib can be arranged with minimal charge.
The area is dotted with numerous conveniences. The beautiful town centre is 2km away where you’d find a local supermarket to stock up on pantry items. Within the vicinity are also some cafes and restaurants, where you can enjoy good meals, for those days when you don’t feel like cooking. In case you need medication, there is a pharmacy about 5 minutes drive.Attractions worthy to explore include Bellver Castle, Cathedral of Santa Maria, Port de Soller, La Mayoria de Playas de La Isla beach, and Palma City, are all less than 40 minutes drive away.
