Located on 2000 acres of farmland that you can explore as guests of the lodge, Cabot lodge is a surreal destination where you can see sheep, deer and cattle grazing outside your bedroom window, the lake mirroring the sky above, and hills of green. Cabot Lodge comprises three suites linked by shaded walkways surrounding an outdoor courtyard garden.
Each suite features stunning interiors with well-crafted woodwork, clawfoot bathtubs in the ensuites, and views spanning vast acres of farmland, Lake Manapouri and the National Park. Guests have access to an extensive library of local authors, local wines and craft beers, farm to plate cuisine, an outdoor open fireplace for al fresco dining, beautiful courtyard gardens several walking trails across the property, as well as on-farm experiences including beekeeping, fishing, and farm tours.
Each suite at Cabot Lodge is built as a distinct unit. There are two-bedroom deluxe suites or Exclusive use of guest suites for up to four guests. The Premier Suite is perfect for couples as it is a quaint, one-bedroom with a private kitchen, ensuites with baths and showers, toiletries, complimentary laundry services, bathrobes, and hairdryers, and so much more.
Cabot Lodge offers a spectacular panorama right outside each suite. There is Lake Manapouri and mountain ranges visible from the lodge. You can explore the best of the South Island with ease including the popular spots like Milford and Doubtful Sound. There is a private jetty, walking trails outdoors and so much more that you can do with your time.
Sun streaked interiors at Cabot Lodge work well to complement the stunning panorama outdoors. You have comfortable chairs, dining areas, and private kitchens (in the Premier Suite) in the living room for your convenience. The glass doors and large windows overlook the vast expanse of green fields and meadows with the lake and mountains in the distance. You can simply walk out the door and have a scenic landscape right at your doorstep. There is an open fireplace so you can warm yourself on cold nights.

The Deluxe Courtyard suite has a private outdoor courtyard with sitting areas where you can soak up the sun.
