Finca Rosemary has five bedrooms distributed across the villa’s two levels and attached tower. Three of the bedrooms are fitted with double beds while the fourth room has a single bed. The last room is in the attached tower which has four single beds and two bunk beds. The villa also has two separate and one en-suite bathrooms.

The massive grounds of the villa boast ample greenery with towering trees and fragrant flower bushes. The property’s best feature is no doubt its massive swimming pool where you can enjoy a refreshing swim or keep fit by working on your laps. The pool deck is surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs so you can just grab a cool drink or a book and relax while soaking up the rays.

There’s also a wraparound porch that surrounds the property, perfect for savoring Al Fresco meals or sipping on a freshly brewed cup of coffee in the morning, serenaded by the soft chirping of the birds. Outside, there’s even a sixteen-seater dining table as well as a grill where you can prepare fresh produce sourced from the many open-air markets nearby.

All the comforts of home await at the villa which offers a delightfully luxurious interior. For instance, there’s a bright and airy living room with flat-screen television and satellite connection. This particular room also has a fireplace, perfect for enjoying cozy evenings with your loved ones.

From the formal dining area, you can cross through a beautiful arch that leads directly into a modern and well-equipped kitchen. This space has a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and microwave. Rest assured that utensils, crockery sets, and cutlery are also provided.

Heating and air-conditioning are both available at the villa to ensure your complete comfort through all seasons. Thanks to free Wi-Fi, you’ll be able to easily update your social media or stay connected with friends and family back home. Guests of the villa will be able to benefit from 24/7 assistance so you can be sure to enjoy a stress-free vacation in Mallorca. Bed linens are provided and changed on a weekly basis while towels are changed every four days.
