This four-bedroom home features a well-stocked kitchen, air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms, private pool, outdoor terrace, alfresco area, as well as comfortable indoor spaces (consisting of living, dining and complete kitchen) . Adorned in classic Mediterranean style, numerous balconies add a touch of romance to the ambience, while rustic and traditional elements transport guests to an era of authentic village living and the time-honoured lifestyle of the locals. Situated in the historic village of Porreres, this charming holiday home is steeped in history and traditions, with stone buildings, hidden squares, and winding streets exuding rustic charm. Its central location conveniently keeps guests close to the pristine beaches and coves, making it the ideal base for a small group of friends or family travelling together.
Spread across two levels, the ensuite bedrooms are beautifully designed, exuding warmth, comfort and minimalist touches. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with two comfortable single beds, while three bedrooms upstairs boasts spacious King beds, accommodating up to 4 guests. Two of these bedrooms feature charming balconies, perfect for enjoying coffee or drinks with a view of Porresres. All bedrooms are well-appointed with wardrobes, armchairs, dressing areas, makeup mirrors, and bedside lamps. The ensuite bathrooms on both levels are equipped with modern fixtures, vanities, premium toiletries and refreshing showers.
The outdoor area of this historical abode is filled with inviting spaces. One of the highlights is the beautiful private pool, which is surrounded by tall walls that ensure privacy. You can't resist jumping in and the strategically placed sun loungers make a great spot to relax.
