Newly renovated with the comfort of its guests in mind, Villa Maravillas 2 is the definition of contemporary style and relaxation by the twinkling Mediterranean. With soothing cream and tan interiors, air-conditioning and wifi, this three bedroom villa in Sea Cadenes has everything that you need for a refreshing holiday in Mallorca. Make yourself fully at home in the plush modern sitting room, or in any of the bedrooms, which all have high-quality mattresses, pillows and linens. If you choose not to visit one of the excellent local restaurants, cook your dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen or on the state-of-the-art BBQ. Outside in the garden you can cool off with a dip in the large swimming pool or work on your tan as you recline on one of the many poolside loungers.
The three bedrooms at Villa Maravillas 2 are sleek, contemporary and comfortable. With a neutral colour palette of warm cream and tan, this is a muted environment in which you can be sure to get an excellent night’s sleep. Two of the rooms feature a wide double bed and the third room is a twin room with two single beds, which can be pushed together to make a double. Every room has ample storage so you can fully unpack and make yourself at home, and a flat-screen TV for when you need a quiet moment away from the sun.
The outside areas at Villa Maravillas 2 are bright, colourful and modern. The first thing that you’ll notice is the pool deck, which centres around a glistening mid-century style swimming pool. There are several poolside loungers across the lawn where you can sunbathe or supervise your children while they play in the water. On a small covered patio just to the side of the pool you’ll find a BBQ area, with a built-in brick grill and an al fresco dining table which can seat eight guests. There’s also an outdoor living room on a separate terrace, which is a perfect place to get a moment of privacy or plan your holiday under the glowing sun.
Villa Maravillas 2 has been newly renovated in a contemporary style, with touches of mid-century colour for that extra touch. You’ll enter through sliding glass doors into the comfortable sitting area. Like the bedrooms, this space is designed in fashionable white and warm beige tones. The living area contains a large L-shaped couch which faces a wall-mounted TV positioned above the brick fireplace. Adjacent to the living area is the dining table with space for six guests. In the next room over you’ll find the fully-equipped hyper-modern kitchen, which includes an oven, stove, fridge-freezer, microwave and much more so that you can try your hand at the traditional local cuisine using fresh produce.
Before you arrive at Villa Maravillas 2, the house will have been fully cleaned and disinfected. If you’d like to arrange further cleaning, or any other services like babysitting or car hire, then the VillaFiinder concierge is happy to help you make this happen.
Villa Maravillas 2 is located in the village of Ses Cadenes which is a small beach town just outside of Palma de Mallorca. The town has an impressive range of activities and amenities. There are several excellent restaurants and bars which cater to everyone’s tastes, including many on the beachfront promenade. There are also many opportunities to try your hand at water sports or quad-biking nearby. Palma de Mallorca is reachable in just a few minutes in the car. This is the largest town on the island and is beloved worldwide for its lovely Spanish architecture, miles of white sand beaches and range of cultural or sports activities.
