Villa Segundo is a luxurious home with a pristine location near the beach in Southern Mallorca’s largest municipality Llucmajor. The villa has 5 bedrooms, extensive outdoors with a swimming pool, a tennis court, and mini-golf on its premises. The home is thus perfect to have some fun and games on your getaway. You can make the most of all luxurious amenities available in and around the home. It is also very close to other popular tourist hotspots in the area such as sandy beaches as Arenal, Cala Blava, and Cala Pi, and rocky coves such as Cala Maioris, Cala Cap Rocat, among others.
Villa Segundo has five bedrooms -one master bedroom with a double bed. The other four bedrooms have two single beds. There are four washrooms and one of them has a bathtub. All the bedrooms are uniquely decorated with different colour themes. The bedroom walls are painted bright yellow to purple to even light whites and complementing curtains and small paintings on the wall. All the bedrooms have wardrobe space and side tables, providing enough space for storage. One of the bedrooms has a big library with enough books and a small sofa as well. You can take your pick and laze around the afternoon with a good read. All the rooms are air-conditioned.
Villa Segundo has expansive outdoors with many activities to do here. There is a swimming pool (8x4.60) with a sun terrace and sunbeds to relax post a good dip. There are also other shaded areas as well as open lounge spaces in this villa. If you are with your friends, you can play good matches and brush up on your outdoor sports skills. There is a tennis court, football and billiard tables, a mini-golf and a tennis table here. It barely leaves you a chance to get bored when you are holidaying at this home.
The home has well-thought and unique interiors. It has a very spacious living room with comfortable sofas and chairs around the TV set. There is a dining area beside the living room with cushioned wooden chairs and an old-style chandelier hanging over. The windows have stylish mesh curtains and the home is decorated with a few antique pieces and decorative mirrors on its walls. The kitchen is beautifully spacious, and has all the modern equipment, utensils, a center table with revolving chairs, and a TV in here too. So you can easily watch your favourite shows while you cook your meals.
The villa has all modern amenities such as a bathtub, TV, WiFi, washing machine, iron, barbecue, and AC. There is open-air parking on the property. There is a tennis court, a game of table tennis and billiards too. The completely furnished kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, utensils and a dishwasher. You will be provided with fresh towels and bed linens at the time of your stay.

Villa Segundo is 17 kms from El Arenal, the south coast of Mallorca. You can explore the sandy beaches and the buzz of several bars and restaurants around the region. FAN Shopping Centre here is very popular for high-street style stores. There is a local market here every Thursday, good to pick some local stuff. Can Pastila is another sandy beach near the villa, ideal for sunbathing and swimming. There are seaside bars here, so you can chug your beer to the best views. The other tourist spots around are La Lonja, Palma Cathedral and Bellver Castle. You can also visit the rocky coves of Cala Maioris, Cala Cap Rocat from the villa. The nearest airport to the villa is Palma de Mallorca, 23 km away.
