Casa Calma

The villa boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning for the warm summer Ibizan nights and satellite TV. The bedrooms have the option of sleeping arrangements; 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and the other 2 providing single beds and 2 of the rooms with ensuite bathrooms, hosting guests comfortably. The rooms are beautifully appointed with traditional country house décor making guests feel at home in luxury.

Villa Casa Calma is complete with 3 bright and modern bathrooms, 2 of which have a bathtub and each with a piping hot shower, fluffy towels and hairdryer provided. The Master bedroom comprises the same, however guests also have the option of the bidet and bathtub for that extra soak after a long day by the pool.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the outdoor terrace of the villa. With direct access from the kitchen, guests can easily prepare and present meals on the outdoor dining table for alfresco dining under the Ibizan stars. For warmer nights the outdoor area is ideal; equipped with an outdoor barbeque, guests can enjoy meals outdoors whilst the family cools off by the lovely and large pool with plenty of seating.
The very large gardens and greenery of Casa Calma will have guests feeling as if they were the only people on the island. The lush gardens with plenty of open space makes entertaining the children easy, as the villa is surrounded by plenty of green grass and garden to ensure the little ones enjoy time playing outdoors.

Villa Casa Calma hosts two lovely and welcoming living rooms. The living rooms provide entertainment for guests to enjoy indoors. One of the living rooms houses a large wooden table for guests to use whilst hosting dinner parties or game nights. The other lounge area has plenty of plush seating, a fireplace for the cooler nights and a HD cable TV.

The villa boasts a fully equipped open plan kitchen, with direct access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen boasts not only pots and pans but is also supplied with barbeque utensils, dishes and silverware, stove, microwave, oven and refrigerator; all guests could possibly need to prepare a gourmet meal in their holiday villa.

Casa Calma Villa offers parking for those travelling with their own transport, and a safety deposit box for guests to use.
The villa is also cleaned weekly and after guests check out and fully disinfected for the hygiene and safety of future guests.
