Situated in one of the best areas of the island mere minutes from Ibiza town, Villa Voltor enjoyswonderful views of the sea, town and mountains. Set on elevated grounds it is both elegant and beautiful affording relaxation, tranquility and sheer privacy. This property which has three floors and features 4 awesome bedrooms, 4 large bathrooms, large living and dining spaces, small office, open fully-equipped kitchen, various terraces, large patio, well-pruned garden and huge swimming pool, all of which is at your disposal. This property can host up to 8 persons comfortably and is perfect for large groups holidaying together.
There are 4 lovely bedrooms in this home. The master bedroom on the top most floor is beautifully furnished and extremely spacious, affording plenty of private space. Within this space are a luxurious super king-sized bed to snuggle in comfortably, large wooden wardrobe for storage of belongings and direct access to a terrace with seating area, allowing for private moments and taking in the beautiful vistas. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. A further en-suite bedroom with a walk-in shower and comfortable king-sized bed is also on the same floor. Meanwhile, the main floor houses 2 further bedrooms one of which has a double bed while the other two twin beds.
Spend your day outdoors while bathing in the rays of the sun on the sun-loungers in the lovely mosaic stone patio, relieving yourself from the heat with a splash in the refreshing pool. Indulge in a barbecue meal at the vast terrace and dining areas while enjoying the surrounding vistas. Do some reading on the ultra comfy daybed and fall asleep in the tranquil and serene environment.
Contemporary yet simple designs and idiosyncratic pieces of furniture form an interior that is elegant and tranquil. With an open plan layout, the lounge on one side with ultra comfy sofas and television, is basked in sunlight through the floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors. In the night, soft lighting helps set a soothing atmosphere as the whole group unwinds on the comfy sofas watching movies or vistas helping to add sights for the evening.
On the other side of the space, is the modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle & juicer allows you to cook up a storm. Meals can be served on the breakfast bar as well or at various other dining spaces. On this floor is also a massive bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for the family. In case you need to get some urgent work done, there is an office upstairs.
The villa’s friendly staff will handle all your needs as soon as you arrive, from helping with arranging extras such as maid services/extra cleaning, private chef/cook/catering, welcome hamper/pre-stocked fridge, local day trips or tours, airport transfers, baby cot, high chair babysitting/ childcare services. Do note that these extras come with a separate cost.

Take a slow stroll to the picturesque village of Puig Manya (350 m) and explore its beautiful surroundings. Walk further to enjoy the sand, sun and sea at the lovely Cala Tranquila Beach (1km) with its blue calm waters and soft silky sand. Pop into the chic Sa Punta Restaurant (1km), a fine-dining restaurant known for their fabulous food and exciting vibes. The fact that this restaurant is located at the further point of the Bay of Talamanca means meals are made even more special with the spectacular views. Meanwhile, Spar (3km) is the place to go if you need to stock up the pantry.
