The contemporary styled villa has four spacious bedroom, all with the en-suite bathrooms that feature natural stone materials, ensuring a harmonious blend of comfort and sophistication. Laemsingh Villa 5 spans three floors, and features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.
The top floor boasts the master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed with magnificent views of the ocean and a 12 meter private balcony. The suite also includes a large bath, a smart TV and a comfortable seating area. The second bedroom features a sunken bath and a fabulous view of the pool and Surin Bay. The third and fourth bedrooms are also offer generous size and include separate en-suite bathrooms.
The villa’s outdoor spaces offer a peaceful retreat, featuring a beautiful infinity pool that appears to blend effortlessly into the horizon. The carefully landscaped gardens create a relaxing atmosphere, with plenty of room to unwind around the pool on sun-loungers, recline into a sofa-chair on the balcony or savor an alfresco lunch around the bar table. The stunning coastal views provide a serene backdrop, making every moment feel special and memorable.
Retreating indoors, there is a luxurious air-conditioned vaulted lounge area equipped with a 75” Smart TV, and a powerful sound system to entertain yourselves. The lounge has three walls of sliding-glass doors that ensures easy access to the outdoor terraces and balconies that overlook the picturesque Surin Bay. The indoor flooring is a blend of cooling terrazzo and cherry wood. There is also an indoor dining suite where you can bond together with friends and family. The well-equipped kitchen features quality appliances including a coffee machine, a double-door refrigerator, an eye-level oven, a built-in microwave and dishwasher, and much more, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.
Laemsingh Villa 5 is served by experienced and well-trained staff overseen by a dedicated villa-manager. There is daily housekeeping, and a support team that ensures the pool and gardens are always pristine. The staff can assist you with arranging transport, restaurants, chefs, massages etc. There is also 24-hour security guarding the entrance to the estate.
Laemsingh Villa 5 is conveniently located between Surin and Laemsingh Beaches and is built on raised headland that ensures spectacular views of Surin Beach and the surrounding Andaman Sea. Surin Beach is a 10 minute walk, while the neighbouring beaches of Kamala is just short drive away. Another beaches such as Bang Tao and Laguna are about 20 minutes drive away. There are also supermarkets, shopping and a number of bars and restaurants at Boat Avenue complex in about 15 minutes drive.
