Trullo Rosanna is a stunning three-bedroom (all en-suite) estate with vast grounds with multiple facets. The contemporary build seamlessly blends with the more traditional style trullo with its classic cone-shaped roofs. All set in a picturesque rural setting surrounded by earth tones of the Valle d'Ltria landscape. The villa is located in the region of Puglia, southern Italy. It has a large courtyard with a swimming pool, BBQ area, multiple chill-out areas and a roof terrace - perfect for stargazing.
The villa has three bedrooms spread over two buildings and sleeps, four-eight guests perfect for those who enjoy privacy while still feeling connected. Each bedroom has a personality of its own with a warm hue, soft lighting, quality furnishings, wardrobes and romantic decor.
Each with double bed or two singles ( can be made into a double) the bedrooms create an uncomplicated aesthetic through striped neutrals, cosy alcoves illuminated by subtle lights and fun pops of colours shown by multicolour chairs, tiles or plush bedding. The bathrooms are hotel standard with elegant granite-style bowls and a touch of class through the soft bathrobes provided.
The villa's exterior feels like a private resort surrounded by Italian soil and greenery. The swimming pool is large with multiple sun loungers and parasols. There are numerous chill-out areas with comfortable seating. The outside alfresco dining table has a covered bamboo roof and is situated in the courtyard. There is also a BBQ. The courtyard garden is filled with trees and plants, and the villa has parking.
There are many relaxation areas inside the three buildings, such as multiple living spaces with comfortable sofas, coffee tables and charming views out into the garden areas. One of the living room has a plasma TV and a slouchy sofa. Another living room is more formal with shabby chic refurbished furnishings. The last has a library, bathroom and looks out onto the courtyard. There are two kitchen areas, each fully equipped. One has a large window that looks out onto the beautiful greenery with a pop of colour from the race car red fridge and comes out onto a breakfast table that is semi alfresco. The second kitchen is by the more formal inside dining table with seating for six guests. The villa has a rooftop chill-out area with seating and nature views. The villa has WifI and satellite TV.
The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning, fresh bed linens and full disinfection to adhere to Covid standards.
Trullo Rosanna, located in the olive oil region of Puglia, is dotted with vineyards and orchards. Actives in this area include wine tastings, farmers markets and historical site seeing. Hilltop Martina Franca is only 10 minutes away by car and offers a great choice of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. It's also one of the most attractive towns within the Valle d'Itria. Other Valle d'Itria towns to visit include Locorotondo and Alberobello, which is famous for its Trulli-lined streets.
