With a gorgeous and contemporary architectural design and sea-fronting views, there is much to love about Villa Mirante, located in Campomarino di Maruggio. Designed with 5 bedrooms, it sleeps up to 14 guests maximum. Recently-built, the villa’s off-white wall facade features archways that look out to the swimming pool and enables access for wheelchair-bound guests with an entry ramp and disabled-friendly elements for one of its bathrooms. The interiors are defined by monochrome black-and-white floor tiles juxtaposed against wooden cabinets and furniture, within an open layout and setting where guests could easily peer through the different hallways in sections in a sweeping glance.
The 5-bedroom sleeping area is divided from the living room by a corridor. Of the total, 3 of them are double bedrooms while the other 2 are each fitted with 4 beds in the configuration of double beds and pull-out twin beds. Rooms are minimalist and simple, dressed in consistent blue comforters across all. Some of the bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are also equipped with flat-screen television, while one of the bathrooms that is wheelchair-friendly is also accessible from one of the bedrooms and the corridor.
The exterior grounds feature a turquoise swimming pool and an adjoining alfresco dining area. Also seen here is a well-maintained garden and a spacious tiled terrace area, equipped with more tables and a barbeque space that looks out to trees and the lawn across.
Convene within the airy, breezy and modern indoors within an open layout and setting designed with its distinctive black-and-white flooring with all-white walls. Pastel-colored wooden furniture fill the space, such as the long lounge sofas in the living hall and the wooden-built kitchen area with an island and its cabinets, interspersed with modern amenities like a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and an electric oven among others.
Guests who stay at Villa Mirante will also enjoy free shuttle bus service that takes them to Lido dei Cavalieri as well as beach beds at the beach provided by the villa. There is also parking space at the grounds of the villa and it is pet-friendly for guests who want to bring along their pets.
Villa Mirante is located in Campomarino di Maruggio, which is a beach resort reachable from a private street and just mere kilometres away from the city centre, in an area known as Monaco Mirante that is characterised by untouched natural landscape with lush Mediterranean shrubs.
