Villa Ngahere is three-bedroom holiday havens that not only provides front-row seats to lake views, but also caters to all your needs with two king bedrooms, outdoor spa pool, and gas fireplace. Estate facilities include a helipad, tennis courts, jetty, and more!
Villa Ngahere features three bedrooms, one on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom, two upstairs. The third bedroom is made available on request. The bedrooms offer lake views and pleasant landscapes from the glass doors and windows. The rooms are spacious, comfortably furnished with king beds and fitted with wardrobes for all your belongings. Each room features an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a glass shower cubicle.
A solar-heated mineralised water pool dazzles under the warm sun as you gaze at Lake Taupo’s mesmerising water. The rolling green hills form a picaresque backdrop against which you can swim to your heart’s content. The terrace features a pergola under which you have an al fresco dining area for outdoor meals. The deck also features sunbeds for sunbathing or simply to relax in the fresh air.
At Villa Ngahere, you will find an exclusive living space with luxurious interiors and modern comforts. The clerestory windows and full-length glass doors that slide open to reveal the gorgeous views ensure that the living room is full of sunlight. The lounge features rattan sofas with leather upholstery, a classic wooden coffee table and an open fireplace for the winter months. The cathedral ceilings, angular atelier lights and chandeliers with black spray finish create a modern vibe. The living room is air-conditioned to keep you comfortable during the summer.
The living room is open-plan so you have the dining area with an eight-seater dining table right behind the lounge. You can even dine outdoors if you want, but the indoor dining table is equally comfortable and right by the modern kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is state of the art complete with a coffee machine, and other amenities.
The Point is a private property with two villas—Villa Tatamoana and Villa Ngahere. You can rent both or one as per your needs. Some of the services and facilities at The Point include a helipad, tennis courts, jetty plus two boat ramps, bush trails, private beaches, fly fishing, etc. The luxurious enclave is an idyll for a getaway with loved ones.
The Point Villas are exclusively situated on Whakamoenga Point and it is surrounded by native forests and you can even enjoy scenic views of mountains such as Pihanga and Ruapehu. You can even drive to Auckland or Wellington that is worth a day trip from the villa. The township of Taupo is only a 10-minute drive from the villa so you can eat out and explore.
