The newly built elegant and luxurious Villa South Wave is situated in the most private and quiet areas of St Barts the tranquil Toiny area. Located on the ground floor, it overlooks the stunning Atlantic Ocean and Toiny bay and is a modern home with 2 spacious ensuite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, open living/dining spaces and a vast outdoor terrace that can accommodate 4 people.
Designed with utmost comfort in mind, it is well-appointed, and stylish with modern furnishings and the overall aesthetics is one of spaciousness, tranquility and beauty.
A perfectly dreamy place to disconnect, this lovely retreat is very close to the entrance of the Le Toiny luxury hotel with its gastronomic restaurant. Despite its quiet location, apart from Hotel Le Toiny, the home is also just steps away from several other key St. Barts hotels with restaurants & spas such as the Sereno, Guanahani, and the new Le Barthelemy. It is also within minutes (max 15 minutes) from Lorient, Gustavia and the lovely beaches and surfing areas.
Its sleeping spaces is made up of 2 luxuriously designed ensuite bedrooms, which are on the right side of the living area. The master bedroom in front has direct access to the terrace and stunning sea views while bedroom two enjoy views of the lush garden and an outdoor shower allowing you to connect with nature. Each room comes with palatial Euporean king bed, modern entertainment system, large walk-in closet and other exquisite furnishings while the spacious ensuite bathrooms features relaxing rain showers, vanities, finest toiletries (Hermes) and high-end fixtures.
The rear façade of this cleverly designed modern villa with its clean lines and flat roof line skillfully combines traditional Caribbean elements too, such as the weathered gray roofs. The infinity pool area provides ample space for lounging in the sun, or just enjoying your favourite drink while taking in the cool sea breeze, and stunning views of the bay and surrounding hills. Have a nice romantic candle lit dinner at the covered terrace that has outdoor sound system, and a large wood dining table with benches right in front of the living room, close to the gas BBQ.

Alongside it, a cosy indoor dining space for six to enjoy meals together.

The villa is close to several hotels on the eastern end of the island such as Le Toiny, the Sereno, Guanahani and the new Le Barthelemy, with their restaurants and spas easily accessible. The lovely Petit Cul de Sac beach is less than 5 minutes drive while grocery stores and bakeries in Lorient is reachable in 10 minutes and the trendy bars, shops, harbour and restaurants of Gustavia is approximately 15 minutes away.
