Hidden away in the beautiful countryside of Tuscany in Italy, Il Pollaio Apartment is an idyllic place to spend your holiday with your loved one. The apartment is part of a holiday complex with multiple apartments. Il Pollaio is situated on the ground floor of the property with wonderful views of the pool. The apartment is a total charmer, featuring a traditional style and a lovely sunny patio with a BBQ. This apartment is the perfect choice for romantic couples and honeymooners.
The bedroom features a charming vintage design with flower prints, draped curtains and wooden ceiling beams. There is a comfy double bed with a flower print duvet and 2 bedside tables. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.
Il Pollaio Apartment has a lovely covered patio overlooking the Tuscan countryside and the estate’s shared swimming pool. The shady terrace is furnished with a sitting area and a 4-seater breakfast table as well as a BBQ for lovely lazy afternoons spent under the Tuscan sun.
The cosy living room has a stone terracotta floor and wooden ceilings beams. The living space has soft yellow walls and draped yellow curtains. There are two sofas to relax on, there is a TV and there is a 4-seater dining table. The apartment is decorated with some antique artefacts, oriental rugs and old-style vintage lamps. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything a home needs.
The property has free wifi. Guests can make use of the shared swimming pool that is open from 25 April until 10 October. Towels and sheets are changed 1 x week. Heating costs Euro 4 per m2.
