With three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms, accommodating comfortably six guests in spectacular style, the property is situated in the perfect location for both pure and utter relaxation or discovery of the local delights.
The villa overlooks the stunning countryside and is set in gorgeous gardens filled with lavender, olive trees and expansive green lawns.
Frate Sole boasts three gorgeous bedrooms.The bedrooms are complete with central heating and cooling. Each bedroom is equipped with large, luxurious beds and has access to the courtyard or lower gardens, and are bright and airy. The aesthetically pleasing bedrooms are fully equipped with luxury linens and duvets and are very stylishly decorated. These rooms are the ultimate in relation and style.
Frate Sole has four high end bathrooms; three ensuite for the lovely bedroom usage and one and adjacent to the sauna for guests convenience. Each features wonderful rain showers, fluffy towels, hair dryers and absolute chic styling.
With the villa’s access to the terraced areas conveniently located close to the living areas, including the kitchen, preparing and serving meals outdoors is easy. The pergola boasts a barbeque, lounge area and dining table and enjoys views out across the rolling hills and the picturesque gardens.
For spectacular views and a lovely quiet spot to enjoy a glass or two of the local vino the upper terrace is perfect. Sunsets to gasp about, and cooling breezes make the terrace a wonderful relaxing place to enjoy.
This luxury villa has a lovely heated, salt water swimming pool [12 x 4] with a hydromassage area and floating lounger. Guests can while away the day, or evening, and enjoy the stunning views. Pool towels are provided. There are ample loungers for guests to snooze or soak in the rays.
The expansive, open plan, stylish living area is sun drenched, bright and very comfortable. With ample plush seating and dining space, guests are sure to feel instantly at home. The lounge area boasts Wifi, satellite TV and integrated sound system for guests enjoyment. Located adjacent to the lounge area is the state of the art kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster and utensils; all its guests could possibly need.
Frate Sole provides four bicycles for guests' use. Final cleaning is included however guests are expected to leave the villa clean and tidy. All linens are provided including pool towels, as is baby cots and high chairs.
Conveniently situated 1km from a charming village sampling the local fare is ensured with lovely little cafes and restaurants available not far from your home away from home. Not too far from the comfort of your stunning villa is the hill town of Assisi. The world heritage town deserves it’s status…there is so much to explore from arts, culture, charming laneways with artisan shops to ancient architecture. Guests will wish to return again and again to soak in such treasures as the Rocca Maggiore, a medieval castle set high on a hillside, the Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli built in 1679, stunning with its Baroque architecture and the room where St Francis spent his last days. The heart of the town of Assisi is the Piazza del Commune which is a lively spot to enjoy a drink and soak in the colourful vibe.
Guests who choose to be more active can enjoy hiking, cycling and golf within easy drive from Frate Sole.
