This castle-like Italian home away from home has a big private swimming pool and it boasts magnificent views of valleys, hills, forests and vineyards. The villa has multiple houses on the property with their own living and dining spaces and there are plenty of outdoor lounge and dining areas as well. Villa Torre Perugina has 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, accommodating up to 21 guests. The bedrooms are divided over several houses. Each house has a living room and kitchen. In the tower, there are 6 bedrooms: 3 with a double bed and 3 with twin beds. There are 3 bathrooms.
House 1 has a double room and a twin room. Both rooms have a private en-suite bathroom.
House 2 has a double room with a private en-suite bathroom. In the living room of this house, there is a sofa bed for additional guests.
Finally, there is the cottage with a double bed and a private bathroom. This is ideal for romantic couples!
The outdoor area is a stunning, paradise-like place with scenting flowers and breathtaking views of the rural hills of Umbria. The villa has a huge private swimming pool with lots of sunbeds and parasols on the side. The pergola-shaded sitting area is perfect for breakfast in the gentle morning sun. A second pergola-shaded area is meant for alfresco dinners. An outdoor BBQ is available, too, for a true dining party in the backyard. Let the kids play on the lawn, swim some laps, work on your tan and snooze a little in the hammock. The possibilities are endless.
The villa truly is like a castle with multiple living spaces for relaxation, watching TV, dining and more. There are 3 individual houses and each has a private living room and kitchen. There is a room with white sofas situated by the fireplace. This room is decorated with art and there is a shelf with a book collection and a hi-fi music stereo. There is a TV room with a sofa and a table for 2. Every house has a private dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen.
There is free wifi, cable TV and parking on-premises. Heating and AC are available as well. Guests are free to make use of the on-site bicycles to explore the countryside.
The villa is located in the region of Umbria, close to the medieval town Spoleto. Spoleto is a beautiful place, mostly famous for the annual summer Festival Dei Due Mondi. The town features artisan cafes, craft shops and century-old churches and castles. The direct surroundings of the villa are perfect for hiking, strolling and cycling. You can make use of the bicycles at the villa to explore the surroundings. Other interesting towns in the area include Bevagna, Trevi and Montefalco. It takes approximately 2 hours to drive to Florence by car and less than 1,5 hours to get to Rome.
