Villa Avigna is a 14th-century property nestled in a country estate as one of the oldest properties in the region of Umbria, Italy. Featuring remnants of its glorious past, Villa Avigna boasts terracotta tiles, luxurious woodwork, and natural stone walls. Villa Avigna is a four-bedroom villa that was originally a quaint farmhouse. Now, you get to enjoy the luxuries of a private swimming pool, fitted kitchens, living areas, alfresco dining, and modern bedrooms. There are four bedrooms at Villa Avigna, three are located on the first floor and one is on the ground floor. The bedrooms are luxurious and vintage with printed headboards and wrought-iron beds. Three rooms are furnished with king-sized beds and one with two single beds. There are bedroom benches in elegant upholstery to liven up the room. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with twin sinks, showers, and other modern amenities and services.

The landscape is expansive, set with a cluster of trees and other native flora. As one of the oldest buildings in Umbria, Villa Avigna is riveting. The three living areas can be found around the villa. Each features unique interiors with comfortable and plush sofa sets, one with a fireplace, another with a TV, and each is brightly lit. The rooms are wide and spacious so you can spend time with your friends and family. The rustic and ancient farmhouse ambiance is retained to this day with exposed natural stone walls, floors draped with jute rugs, and floor lamps for warm lighting.
The dining area is luxurious and ambient for memorable meals and entertaining times. The exposed walls and warm lights help to create an intimate environment. The spacious and bright kitchen is modern and leads directly to the outdoors. The kitchen is fully-equipped with state-of-the-art appliances like an oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other kitchen essentials.
