Villa Berardesca

This villa has a total of six bathrooms and six bedrooms that are spread across the various floors of the villa.
Boasting palatial decors with refined chandeliers, exposed wooden ceiling beams, and soothing pastels, the bedrooms either sport a double bed or two single beds each. Thanks to the majestic setting, you’ll undoubtedly go to bed feeling like royalty each day.
The en-suite bathrooms additionally offer resort-like amenities, complete with deep sinking tubs, hot tubs, spacious showers, and even a sauna in one of them. All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned so you can expect to be comfortable through all the seasons.

Surrounded by acres of vibrant greenery, Villa Berardesca’s exterior features dazzling views of Todi’s rolling hills. Despite the Medieval stone touches, there’s a massive swimming pool in the garden, complete with deck loungers and garden umbrellas for when you need some shade.
Because the castle is surrounded by 1,500 meters square of private land, you’ll always have plenty to explore on the estate. In fact, there’s ample room for enjoying a romantic sunset stroll or simply winding down while inhaling the fresh countryside air and soaking up the sun.

With thick stone walls, the tower is beautifully decked out in a 1950’s style, complete with accents carefully crafted from Italian designers. Because of its unique layout, the villa’s individual floors seem almost independent from the rest of the property so each guest can enjoy plenty of privacy and intimacy.
After exploring the area, you can wind down in one of the two living rooms fitted with flat-screen television and comfortable sofas. There’s even a well-equipped kitchen where you can put a meal together to enjoy around the dining table.
On the light-flooded third floor of the tower, guests will find rare classical pieces such as Wassily chairs as well as a second dining room.

Among its many comfortable accents, the villa has an elevator, perfect for guests with mobility issues. There’s even free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected with loved ones back home or update your social media whenever you want.
