The charming Chalet Genepy is perched comfortably next to the mountainside and is spread over three levels. Featuring a south facing balcony that allows guests to bask in all the goodness of morning sun, with a combination of chalet style and contemporary decor. The five double bedrooms chalet is exceptionally spacious, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the large windows, and modern and elegant furnishings and décor. Making it very suitable for a large family on holiday at Val d'Isère.
Chalet Genepy accommodates ten adults and two children as there are five double rooms and a bunk room perfect for children’s rooms. All the rooms in this charming chalet are built with Alpine wood, lavished in exceptional amenities, painted and decorated in warm welcoming colors to create relaxing ambiance for a guaranteed peaceful sleep for guests.
The bunk room and three double bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Two of the double rooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third has a separate bathroom that is shared with the bunk room, making it an ideal accommodation for the kids.
Master suite and another double bedroom are located on the upper floor, both are en-suite shower/bathroom with large and tall glass windows overlooking the mountains and surrounding area.
The impressive Chalet Genepy is a well-equipped ski boutique that is ideal for parties of friends and families and is located in the beautiful little ski town of Val d'Isère and blessed to be surrounded with magnificent views of white Alps mountaintops, guests staying in the property can easily reach the city center of Val d'Isère within 10 minutes of leisure walk while enjoying the quaint little ski town has to offer.
On the ground floor of this chalet, you may find a 12m x 3m indoor swimming pool built into the rock complete with its own sound system and hammam, to pamper guests throughout their stay.
A large open plan living area that is incredibly spacious, with plenty of natural light pouring in through the large windows, with stylish furnishings and contemporary decor as well as a dining table that easily accommodates eight to ten persons can also be found on the first level. Doors open onto the south facing balcony from the lounge area, which has a cozy fireplace. There is a separate TV space off the living room for those who want to curl up and watch their favorite movie or tv programs, as well as a kitchen.
A boot room with boot warmers and storage space for ski and snowboard equipment as well as personal items are also available in Chalet Genepy.
A residence chef and a dedicated chalet staff are available at the chalet to cater to your every need. Delicious meal plans, hand-picked wines, unlimited champagne, and a well stocked bar are all included. Ski fitting service, lift passes sent to the chalet in advance of your arrival (lift pass cost not included), and transport service are all provided by Chalet Genepy.
There’s a good reason why Val d'Isère is a popular downhill skiing hotspot. It offers enough to challenge and excite skiers of all levels for a lifetime, much alone a week. The off-piste possibilities are endless, and the snow record is impressive.
Val d'Isère also has a lot to offer less experienced skiers. Two swimming pools, a climbing wall, a multi-activity sports hall, a fitness room, gym, squash courts, and a wellness section with sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, cold baths, and hydro-massage are all available at the Centre Aquasportif. Other options include designated walking trails, an ice rink, husky riding, parapenting, skidooing, cross country skiing, and much more.
In the village and on the mountain, guests of Chalet Genepy will find many excellent restaurants, shops and galleries that provide excellent shopping opportunities.
