Chalet Orso

Chalet Orso boasts two master suites, two double or twin bedrooms and a children’s space with a double bed and a single bunk. The ground level master suite is a haven of quiet and relaxation, complete with a dressing room and office. A super comfortable King bed [180x200] with luxury linens and bedding ensures the perfect sleep, the dressing room is spacious and fully fitted, and the office is perfect for those that must stay on the grid. Luxury finishes, ethanol fireplace, TV, Sonos speakers and a lovely terrace with beautiful views create a calm and peaceful space. The ensuite is a delight. Spacious and spa like with a freestanding bathtub, walk in shower, double sinks and a separate toilet is supplied with luxury towels, high end toiletries, robes and slippers.

The second level is the rest area, with the second master suite on this floor. This suite is identical to the first and again a true retreat of calm. There are two double or twin bedrooms, each identical with double [160x200] separable to twin beds, office, wardrobes, TV and Sonnos speakers and gorgeous décor. Both have ensuites with bathtubs and walk in showers, double sinks and independent toilets. Each is supplied with towels, robes slippers and toiletries for a true spa like experience. The final bedroom is a cosy retreat for the children. Equipped with two twin beds and one single and one double bunk beds, TV and Sonnos sound system and wardrobes it’s a fun area for the children, their own retreat to enjoy. This lovely room also has an ensuite with bathtub, separate toilet and double sinks. Each of the lovely bedrooms have stunning and restful décor with timbers and stone used tastefully to ensure an oasis of calm and serenity.

Surrounded by pristine forests, steps to the slopes and with many terraces to sit back and enjoy the breathtaking views, guests will absolutely fall in love with this gorgeous chalet. The living area has a Norwegian bath on the terrace, a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors in toasty warmth. This chalet is truly part of the landscape and guests will feel like they are living in the center of the pristine natural surrounds.

Entering this glorious chalet is like stepping into wonderland and is sure to impress every guest who it accommodates. The entrance hall boasts a heated flagstone floor, with a large ski room conveniently placed for all the boots and clothing. Lovely toasty boots are guaranteed in this great room. Adjacent to this is the fabulous wine cellar, and through to the wellness and fitness area. Sure to be very popular with all guests, this wonderful space is a feast for the senses. Pride of place is the stunning overflow 15mt heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. This space is a sensory delight with concrete and stone used beautifully to create an almost “cavelike” effect. A timber lined sauna, Hammam and gym complete this spectacular space. The gym will encourage even the lazy, there is a sports wall, sound system and TV and Skierg concept 2, to get everyone moving.

The chalet has both lovely timber staircases and a lift for guests’ comfort. This level is completed by the master suite, a retreat of pure luxury. The master suite has a private terrace for those fabulous views anytime, an office, ensuite bathroom, and is a haven at the end of a busy day. This level also houses the garage with ample space for four cars.
Level two is the rest space. There is a second master bedroom, two double or twin bedrooms and the children’s space, a double bed with an upper single bunk bed. The fully equipped laundry room is also on this level. Level three is dedicated to lounging and enjoying friends and family. This spectacular space is dominated by the jaw-dropping views, the forest and mountains a fabulous back drop for the cozy but very luxurious interiors.

The dining space and kitchen are all open to this stunning space, however, the kitchen can be closed if guests wish to give privacy whilst the in-house chef is preparing fabulous meals. This glorious space has loft ceilings soaring to 6mts, which creates a feeling of being in amongst the towering pines just outside your wonderful chalet. Naturally, the décor is sublime, extensive use of timbers, walls of glass and fabulous furnishings create a haven of comfort and quiet luxury. The lovely dining space boasts antique wood everywhere, a lovely timber dining table with plenty of comfortable leather chairs, and is a wonderful spot to enjoy delicious meals with sensational vistas. There is also a lovely large terrace off this space, perfect for relaxing in the crystal clear mountain air.

The fabulous high end chef’s kitchen is open to this lovely space, closeable when needed, and the chalets chef is there to prepare delicious breakfasts and dinners, the perfect vacation for all. Up the lovely metal staircase is the fun space, nestled under the timber rafters is guaranteed fun for all. An original jukebox with vinyl records, football table, pinball machine, bar and TV lounge, with those gorgeous views of the lounge and mountain tops. Every inch of this stunning chalet is fantastic, comfortable, and extremely well designed and decorated. The ultimate chalet for a spectacular holiday.

Guests are warmly welcomed on arrival with a wonderful gourmet gift basket, fresh flowers, firewood for cosy nights in and champagne to ensure those nights are cozier. The chalet is spotlessly clean with beautifully made beds. There is a chef for breakfast and dinner [7.30 to 11am and 6pm to 9.40pm daily] and daily housekeeping from 10am to 6pm. Linens are changed completely mid stay. Please note pets and smoking are not permitted in the chalet. The food for chef prepared meals will be billed separately and for those wanting extended hours of housekeeping, this is available at an extra charge.
