Chalet Petit Ours

The chalet has six beautiful bedrooms, each with wonderful décor, comfortable beds, and excellent bedding. There are two twin-bedded rooms and one double on the first floor, each decorated in soothing tones and is an oasis of peace and calm for the perfect night’s rest. Each room has its own ensuite with a walk-in shower and the double has balcony access.

The top floor has two double rooms with ensuite shower rooms and the master suite with ensuite bathroom with separate shower, sitting area, and private balcony, The décor of each lovely room is Alpen chic, the top floor bedrooms tucked into the eaves of the chalet with lovely views and skylights. The bathrooms are warm and spacious, supplied with ample high-quality towels, robes and slippers, quality toiletries and hair dryers. Finished in stone and timbers with high-end fittings, the ensuites are a spa-like experience.

The Chalet has large spacious balconies and terraces perfect for enjoying the delightful surrounds. Furnished with comfortable lounges and table and chairs, al fresco dining is a wonderful choice in the warmer months.

The outdoor hot tub will be a popular retreat for guests, with spectacular views and never-ending night skies filled with millions of stars.

Chalet Petit Ours is set over four levels, and the main entrance is conveniently through the ground floor with a ski room with boot warmers and ski locker easily accessible on arrival. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer for all the wet gear. This level also houses a table tennis table for guests’ enjoyment.

Up the lovely staircase is the TV room, wonderful for those wanting peace and quiet to enjoy a good movie on the large flatscreen tv equipped with cable channels. The lovely room has beautifully comfortable seating and a large open fireplace for cozy nights in the chalet. This level has one double bedroom and two twin rooms both with ensuites and one with balcony access.

The wonderful sunken hot tub is also on this level, the most fabulous spot to bubble away the day’s aches whilst gazing across the mountain peaks. The hammam is also located here with an ensuite shower for complete relaxation.

The second floor is breathtaking with its double-height vaulted ceilings, stunning aged timber-lined walls and ceilings and huge glass windows and doors ensuring the space is sunfilled and light throughout the day. Sumptuous sofas, chandelier, and a massive stone fireplace set the tone for lovely nights enjoying the warmth of the fabulous company, relaxing, and enjoying with loved ones. There is also a spacious furnished terrace for enjoying the crystal clear air and sensational views, watching the sunset slowly over the mountains is a never-to-be-forgotten sight.

The dining space is lovely, again with gorgeous views, and boasts a large dining table seating 10. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining space, completely equipped and modern with everything needed to prepare lovely meals. There are double doors to close off the kitchen if desired.

This level is home to an office and guest’s bathroom also. Last but not least is the top floor, home to the master bedroom and two doubles.

There is a choice of self-catered or catered basis of stay at Chalet Petit Ours. Self-catered guests are greeted by the Chalets’ concierge who will be on hand for any bookings you want to be made or extra services. The housekeeping team will have thoroughly cleaned the chalet and are in-house seven days a week to clean the chalet sparkling clean. For those wanting catering, the chalet provides an excellent chef to prepare meals for the guests according to the guest’s preferred menus.
