One bedroom is located on the ground floor for easy wheelchair access, furnished with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other 3 bedrooms are situated on the second floor of the home, the master double bedroom boasting a ladies dressing room and romanesque tiled bathroom, the twin rooms both with access to lovely sun terraces with spectacular views to the lovely gardens, valley, and mountains beyond. The villa is also complete with linens to ensure all guests a pleasant stay. Cas Teuler Petit is complete with 5 bright and modern bath/shower rooms. Tastefully designed the bathrooms are complete with linens, piping hot water, and amenities including a hairdryer are provided.

Cas Teuler Petit boasts a large covered casita for lounging and dining, for guests to enjoy optimal views shaded from the hot Mallorcan sun. The casita which is directly adjacent to the living area can be used as another lounge area outdoors. There is an open traditional barbeque, small kitchen area, and table with chairs adjacent to the large terrace to enjoy alfresco dining for 8. There is also a lovely dining area on the outside terrace for those that enjoy the sun. With plenty of comfortable seating under the shade of the villa's terrace, guests may also enjoy a cool down in the villa’s crystal clear pool perfect on hot summer days. The villa also provides plenty of sunbeds and pool towels for guests wanting to soak in the Mallorcan sunshine, and enjoy the stunning views.

The lovingly renovated former 150-year-old farmhouse still retains beautiful rustic features. The home indulges its guests with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD, Wifi and beautiful stone fireplaces for cooler nights in. The interiors are farmhouse chic with stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings, and stone tiled floors and spoils guests with its pure Mallorcan charm. The property comes complete with a Fully equipped pine kitchen. The kitchen has all guests could possibly desire to prepare a gourmet meal, boasting a refrigerator, electric oven, gas cooktop, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle, and is complete with dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. The owners also provide a welcome Pack for guests. Access to the terrace outside is available also from the kitchen, for ease of serving. There is also a large utility room with freezer, washing machine, iron, and ironing board and a table tennis table. Guests can enjoy sitting at the farmhouse kitchen table with its huge open fireplace or for more formal meals the lovely dining area which is certain to impress with its elegant wooden table and chairs.

Getting around and being mobile in Cas Teuler Petit is very simple. The property provides plenty of onsite parking for guests who choose to drive themselves. It is also a lovely 10-minute stroll into the nearest village. For guests convenience the villa is cleaned weekly. Bed linen is changed every 7 days and towels every 4 days. The property is also fully disinfected before and after all guests check-in and out. Cas Teuler Petit provides one baby cot and a high chair and can also provide stair gates and pool fencing if requested at a minimal charge.
