Nestled on a beautiful cliffside overlooking the beautiful Chaweng Beach, Baan Kimsacheva is a luxurious six bedroom villa that can house up to twelve persons. A mere five minutes away from the beach, the villa brags a range of world class amenities including a stunning 15 metre infinity pool, a beautiful shaded poolside sala and amazing villa staff. Spread across multiple levels the villa houses alluring features like beautiful landscaped gardens, unmatched views of the ocean and lush tropical foliage and infinite convenience in terms of location. The villa has a range of hotels, markets, restaurants, beach clubs and nightclubs within its vicinity and is located close to many tourist attractions. You will even find it easy find access to other neighbouring islands. The villa is perfect for larger traveling parties, families, friends and for hosting events like weddings, corporate offsites and other happy moments.
Five of the six bedrooms are furnished by plush four poster beds with white bedding and linen draping. One of the bedrooms feature cozy twin beds with mosquito nets which is perfect for the kids room.This bedroom give out a very cozy ambience. Plush couches occupy one corner of the room where you may lay curled up for hours with a book in hand. Guests can also have relaxing hours on the spacious outdoor balconies that adjoin each of the six bedrooms. The balconies are expansive and have cozy seating arrangements.. The private en suite bathroom is complete with double sinks, walk in showers and a mirrored closet. The bedrooms have full length shutter doors which open fully into the veranda and the view. If you open the doors, they give the rooms the view an Al Fresco appearance. The rooms have large bathtubs in the private ensuites and large verandas with furniture. Three of the bedrooms are housed above the main living area and the other three are housed below the pool level.
You will have a divine experience splashing about in the divine 15 metre infinity edge pool with your family and friends. The pool also has a lovely loved shaded poolside sala with plush couches. Guests could also choose to enjoy a relaxing evening sipping on cocktails on one of the plush sun seaters by the side of the pool. The lush garden sports manicured lawns and tropical plants. The villa has ponds and fountains. There is a poolside lounge with cozy rattan seating by the pool where you can hold BBQ dinners and parties.
The primary living area is located above the pool deck and can be reached through steps outdoors. Once you step in you’ll be treated to the pristine sight of two living areas, both whitewashed. One of them have large, plush couches for relaxing and enjoying the view and the other for watching TV. The TV room has a large flat screen plasma TV with international channels. You can watch TV snuggles up on the massive armchairs or take in the luxurious view that surrounds you. The view of the outdoor area is that of the gardens, ponds and the fountained urn from which water flows. The dining area and kitchen are located at level with the pool and outdoor lounge. Guests can thus have beautiful al fresco dining experiences. The state of the art kitchen is fully equipped, updated and modern. You can cook up homely meals here by yourself or request the inhouse chef to cook them for you.

This stunning tropical haven is on the famous Chaweng beach. It is thus very close to Samui’s most popular attractions, bars, cafes and famous nightclubs. The Chaweng Noi beach and the Walking Street with its myriad shops are nearby. You can also check out the Bentai Beach and the Mae Nam Beach. The Samui airport is just two kilometres away from the villa.
