Situated in Chaweng beach, Koh Samui island in southern Thailand, Mia Estate consists of two separate properties with a total of 17 bedrooms. The Estate is an ideal holiday destination for large families or a big group of friends or colleagues. This villa is also great for events such as weddings and birthday parties. It's a waterfront property and so, expect fantastic ocean and beach views at the comfort of this rental home.
Mia Estate has a total of 17 well-lit bedrooms. Each of the 15 bedrooms features a king-size bed, while the rest have queen size beds. All the bedrooms have large ensuite bathrooms, with some having both a rain shower and bathtub, while others have a rain shower only. A toilet and a washing basin are other bathroom features in every bedroom.
Each of the bedrooms boasts a large TV screen connected to Netflix, a minibar, a piece of furniture and a personal safe. All the bedrooms also have a beautiful piece of art on their walls and air conditioning.
Mia Estate offers superb outdoor areas with plenty of areas to chill out and relax. The lawn is well maintained and has comfortable stylish outdoor furniture. Within this property, there are two swimming pools to ensure everyone in the group gets to enjoy swimming. A sunken lounge with an inbuilt sofa, that is surrounded by pool water is a great spot to sip your drink as you enjoy a cool breeze from the ocean and fantastic pool and sea views. And, for anyone who would want to unwind privately inside the water, an outdoor jacuzzi is there for you.
Relax and chat with your family or friends in one of three spacious and elegantly furnished living rooms that Mia Estate offers. Both lounges feature floor to ceiling glass sliding doors to allow more light inside and to maximize the pool, garden and beach views. The two indoor dining areas are also available where you can dine together. The property also boasts a kids club, cinema room, massage room and a gym.
Mia Estate is kids and babies friendly. Other than having a kids club, the Estate provides baby facilities such as a baby cot and a high chair. At an extra cost, you even get a babysitter to take care of your baby as you attend to other errands. Mia Estate has WiFi all around it and is also wired to provide quality music. The property’s staff are available throughout to attend to your needs.
Mia Estate is located on the northern side of Chaweng beach. It is the most popular beach on Koh Samui island, therefore, there are a lot of things to do within this locality. The area has excellent nightlife facilities and is close to the airport, hotels as well as shops. The white sand beach is also perfect for swimmers and for those who would be interested in any water sports such as kayaking, snorkelling, jet skiing and boat trips. Nevertheless, the beach is not only for active people, you can as well relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the ocean view as you buy drinks and snacks from the vendors.
