The villa has seven beautiful suite style bedrooms each with their own quirks and splendour. Decorated and set in a vibrant style the rooms look classy and chic. The rooms have sturdyplush king size beds or twin beds, comfy couches for seating, bookshelves and cabinets. The full length glass doors and windows let in plenty of natural light and open out to the gorgeous views of the hillside and the ocean. The expansive private en suite bathrooms are beautiful and complete. They all contain double sinks on counters, closet space, cabinets, large cozy bathtubs and shower corners. The rooms are all fully air conditioned and have large flat screen TV’s. the full length glass doors open out to fancy private balconies with chairs and loungers. Imagine sipping on your coffee here every morning while taking in the lush view.

The shining waters of the rim flow infinity pool attract guests to spend time floating and swimming in the pool. The pool deck has many cozy sun loungers. During the day guests can relax on the sun beds here with conversations, books or just soaking in some sun. The villa has large open spaces with manicured lawns, beautiful plants and flowers and tropical trees. Step out of the doors of the villa and you'll be treated to beautiful views of the lush garden adjoining the beach right in front. The garden area is perfect for having evening parties and dinners. Get you drink from the outdoor bar and sip in on the beach or the garden while watching the sun go down in the golden hour. The villa also has a shaded outdoor lounge and an expansive pool terrace.

Full length sliding glass doors lead the guests from the pool deck to the stunning living area. The cozy light toned walls, ceilings and floors go beautifully with the interesting colours of decor, rugs and sculptures. The living area looks out to the garden and pool space. Furnished with couches and tables, the room has a large flat screen TV with international channels.the dining area and kitchen are beautiful and functional. You can choose to dine on the well organised indoor dining area or have your meals on the al fresco dining area on the breezy balcony while relaxing to the view. The villa also has other small corners on the garden where you can have your meals. The state of the art kitchen is fully equipped and complete with a breakfast bar that opens out to the garden. On days when you’re too tired to venture out you can spend time with your family or friends playing in the Billiard room or lazing to your favourite shows on the couch.

Villa Koh Koon comes with outstanding, professionally trained staff members. You will have regular cleaning, securing and housekeeping services. Special services like that of a babysitter, private chef and private driver will be made available on special request.
