The house has 8 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 16 adults and 2 infants. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, good for guests who would rather not climb stairs. One is located on the mezzanine floor, while the others are on the first floor. Each bedroom has a distinct color scheme, which you will see in the choice of linen and the color of the walls. This makes them all unique. Bedroom 1 is bright red while Bedroom 2 is blue. Bedroom 7 mixed various shades of red. All the bedrooms are ensuite and have a shower and bathtub. They are all air-conditioned.
The outdoor features a wide garden with a barbecue, a vegetable garden, terraces, an alfresco dining area, and a private pool. You will see many large trees all around, some more than a century old. Walk through the green compound and rest under the shade of a tree whenever you like. Catch stunning sunset views over the undulating terrain of Tuscany. The landscape is painting-perfect. The private pool is surrounded by a lush lawn and tall trees, offering natural shade. The setting seems like a romantic novel. Splash around or just enjoy the scenery. You can get under the gazebo if you want shade. The kids can play a game in the bowling green or run around the extensive lawns. There is grass-court tennis a few steps away and also a soccer court.
The interior has been recently renovated and modernized but the owners have ensured that all traditional designs and architecture are maintained. This is why you will find Tuscany’s cultured and refined style everywhere. It features period furniture, terracotta-tiled floors, exposed beams, and frescoes. There are two spacious living rooms, a dining room overlooking the gardens, and a studio. Precious drapes and tapestries, artwork, together with the view, create a unique atmosphere. The dining chairs are from the early 19th century. Napoleon-era neoclassical antiques from the personal collection of the villa owner’s grandmother decorate the rooms. 19th-century French engravings depict hunting scenes. The kitchen cupboard and marble-topped tables are also 19th-century.
Morning housekeeping service, except Sunday, is included with your stay in this luxury villa. The maid and gardener live on the premises. You can access everything, which includes the kitchen and all its appliances, the heated pool, barbecue, tennis court, heating, and air-conditioning. You can also ask for concierge service or a professional chef, both at an additional cost. There is parking space for up to six vehicles.
