The Residences

Across the two villas, The Residences boasts 14 bedrooms, with ensuites attached to each one. Ten of those bedrooms house king beds, while the other four contain king singles. The mattresses are fitted with top of the line quality linen. Brown and gold painting featured in each bedroom further adds to its lavish feel. Each room is furnished with mini fridges, flat screen TVs, work desks, air conditioners and ceiling fans. In each villa, there is an extra room designed for kids, with three bunk beds, a play area plus a flat screen TV and wardrobe spaces. Overall, The Residence is able to accommodate up to 28 people.

Guests staying at The Residences have access to two 15-metre swimming pools, filled with mineralised water. Two ground-level sala are available by the main outdoor areas, housing alfresco dining tables, barbecue equipment, bar fridges and surround sound systems. There is a removable fence that can be opened if you decide to rent both villas at the same time. On each villa grounds, concrete pavements, decorated with greenery on its sides, guide visitors staying in the garden-facing pavilions into the main outdoor area. Palm trees line the perimeter of the property, giving you the ‘island’ feel. There is a second, smaller sala located on the second floor of Villa Sila, perfect for meditation.

Both villas have similar indoor areas. In each villa, the living area features a flat screen TV with surround sound, a set of plush couches and a coffee table. The living area of Vila Sila has a second door opening to a small courtyard, connecting it to one of the bedroom pavilions. Both villas have indoor dining tables that seats 14 people each. From the living areas, a doorway leads to the villas’ western kitchens, which in turn give you access to the second, Thai-style kitchens. All kitchens are fully equipped, with modern stainless steel appliances.

A support staff will be available to assist you during your stay at The Residences. The two villas share the fitness centre and the sauna room to help guests stay in shape. Vila Sila also has a meeting room that seats 14 people, complete with a projection screen; a good place to hold business meetings. Wifi runs throughout this 14 bedroom property. Daily breakfast is included in the rental price. Pickup and dropoff from and to the airport is also included.
