Villa Champak is a five bedroom beachfront villa located in Mae Nam. Its unique O-shaped layout makes its 14-metre swimming pool the heart of the property. On one side of the villa is the joint living, dining and kitchen areas. Across the pool, the pavilion houses bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 people. The sala, facing the gorgeous ocean view, completes the O structure.
Entertainment is a breeze with this property. You have a choice of two dining areas; the indoor area, housing a round table, is right next to the kitchen. The outdoor area boasts the ocean view, located near the barbecue equipment. All rooms have direct access to the main outdoor area through sliding doors.
There are plenty of things to do around Villa Champak. You can spend the day swimming, sunbathing, and surfing at Mae Nam or Bophut Beach, for somewhere more quiet. Restaurants are readily available in the property’s vicinity. Restaurant and leisure options will increase with a few minutes car ride, making this villa the perfect place to stay for your family holiday.
Villa Champak houses five spacious bedrooms, plus ensuites. One bedroom has both a king bed and twin single beds. So if you travel with a number of children, this room is good for them. The others have either the king or the twin singles. The rooms all open to the main outdoor area via sliding doors. The feature wall in each bedroom sets the secondary colours of the decor, on top of the trendy black and white hue. The bedrooms’ temperatures are maintained to a comfortable range with air conditioners and ceiling fans.
An oasis that is the villa’s 14-metre swimming pool sits at the heart of Villa Champak. Palm trees line the pool’s perimeter, providing shade from the sun. A sala is located right in front, getting the best of both the pool view and the striking ocean view. The soft lawn running alongside the beach view is perfect for the kids to run around or do cartwheels on. The veranda outside the living area is home to the villa’s bar area and alfresco dining table that seats ten people. The barbecue equipment is located just outside this attachment.
The main indoor area is on one side of the villa complex. Adjacent to a bedroom pavilion is the larger house that contains the kitchen, dining and living areas. The contemporary kitchen is furnished with high-end appliances, such as a full-size commercial fridge, an oven, a microwave, and gas cooktops (with an exhaust fan attached above it). The dark granite countertop gives an elegant finish to the kitchen area. The living room continues the villa’s black and white theme, coming from its furnishings such as the full set of sofas, coffee table and wooden cabinets.
The villa comes with direct access to Mae Nam Beach via a gate. During your stay in the property, you will be assisted by the service staff, made up of housekeepers, a gardener, a concierge and security personnel. Wifi access in the villa will keep you connected with the outside world. Villa Champak has wheelchair access. Transport to and from the airport is included in the rental price. You will also receive free breakfast every morning during your stay.
Villa Champak is located right at the doorstep of Mae Nam Beach, where there’s plenty of activity to participate in. You can sunbathe on the stretch of sand that comes with the villa, or swim in the water. The waves are relatively calm, which makes the beach a good spot to surf for novices. The kids can build sandcastles or splash around in shallower water. If you feel that Mae Nam Beach is too crowded, you can drive over to the quieter Bophut Beach. There are plenty of restaurant options; Moonhut Hotel is host to the new Angela’s Restaurant, Nature Bar and Nana Beach are just a few minutes’ walk away.
