Villa Sila

This luxury villa houses seven bedrooms, five of which are equipped with king beds while the rest contain twin singles. The linen fitted onto the beds are of premium quality. The luxurious feel extends to the rooms’ decor: brown and gold-coloured paintings that make up the feature wall, trendy hanging lamps, and marble floors. Each room is furnished with mini fridges, flat screen TVs, work desks, air conditioners and ceiling fans. An extra room, designed for kids, is available for use in the villa. The room contains a small play area with a TV, three bunk beds and wardrobe space.

The centrepiece of the main outdoor area is the 15-metre swimming pool, filled with mineralised water. The larger sala by the pool houses an alfresco dining table (seats 14 people), an outdoor barbecue, a surround sound system and a bar fridge. Perfect for an afternoon or evening barbecue party. You can relax on one of the many sun loungers scattered on the main outdoor area, whether by the pool or by the beach. Palm trees provide shade from the sun. Upstairs, there is a second, smaller sala, tucked away from the noise of the pool area. This is a perfect space to practise meditation.

Modern with a touch of traditional Thai decor is the running theme of Villa Sila’s indoor area. As you go into the main living area from the pool, you will find the indoor dining table (seating 14). A doorway by the TV stand leads to a mini courtyard connecting you to one of the guest pavilions. Then, you will encounter the living area, containing a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, and a full set of cushy couches. Then, you will see the fully-equipped western kitchen, with another doorway leading to a second, Thai-styled kitchen. The latter has elegant white cabinets, dark granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, such as a microwave, a full-size oven, a double-door fridge and gas cooktops, with exhaust fan above it.

As well as housing the smaller bale, the second floor of the main building is the location of the gym, available for use during your stay. There is also a moderately-sized meeting room, with a projector and large screen. This is a good place to hold business meetings should the villa be used as an accommodation for a holidaying group of workers. A sauna room keeps your body relaxed. A service staff of housekeepers, butlers, a concierge, security guards and nightly beach watchman will assist you in making your stay in the villa safe and fun.
