Welcome to Casa Tigre, a rental property on St. Barth Island that stands out for various reasons. It can be a great choice for an awesome Caribbean vacation that you will remember for a long time. This villa is located between Vitet and Toiny, two scenic locations on the eastern side of the island, which is less frequented compared to the west. It is not directly on the beach, which ensures that you will be away from the crowds. And yet, thanks to its hilltop position, you will catch awesome views of the sea and the surrounding hills.
Casa Tigre is the place for relaxation, a quiet holiday with friends or family. Sleep till late into the day. Enjoy a lazy breakfast and then head to the pool terrace where you can lie down on a sun bed and just relax, enjoying the views. There are many wonderful beaches to visit nearby. So you can plan several day trips as well if you want.
The house has been recently renovated and upgraded. One additional bedroom has also been added. It now has 4 bedrooms for 8 guests. Casa Tigre is built on three levels. The master suite is on the middle level. It has a king bed, satellite television, and opens to a fabulous balcony where you will find a seating area with privacy. The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub.
One level up, you will find two bedrooms, both with queen beds. They both open to the terrace. The fourth is located a level down. It has its own kitchenette and twin beds.
The ocean view is truly the best part of this villa, thanks to the open expanse of beautiful Caribbean water right out your door. Wake up in the morning to the sound of exotic birds and witness the sun rays sparkling off the waves. At night, the stars shine off the water, presenting a magical dream world. The outdoor area is so scenic that Casa Tigre can easily be your annual getaway destination.
The terrace with its private pool and lounging area is perfect for an outdoor lifestyle. Many poolside loungers are placed on the sun deck. There is also a casual dining area with rattan chairs and a table. You can easily spend an entire day here looking up towards the horizon, admiring the views.
The villa itself is surprisingly spacious. It has three levels with most of the common areas on the middle level, including the living and dining areas, kitchen, pool, and the master suite. There are also two small offices here where you can work in seclusion if needed.
The living area is large with several sofas and chairs for the entire group to spend their evenings watching a movie or just chatting. The formal dining area has a long table that seats all the guests. The kitchen has many modern appliances for your cooking.
During your stay, a housekeeper and a pool person will ensure that the premise is properly cleaned and maintained, so you can just relax. Enjoy all the amenities and facilities at Casa Tigre. Use the swimming pool, kitchen appliances, pots and pans, air-conditioning, televisions, DVD, and more. You can also approach our concierge team for a range of on-demand services for an extra charge.
This wonderful rental property is located between Vitet and Toiny in east St. Barth Island. This is a hilly area with many tropical plants and flowering trees all around. Its unique geographical position ensures that you will be halfway between the north and south of the eastern end of the island. There are many great beaches both in the north and south, so you will be able to reach them easily. Most of the good cafes and restaurants are located close to the coastal region.
