The charming Villa Valley is the perfect home away from home when holidaying in St Barts. Nestled at the top of the secluded neighborhood of Vitet, it overlooks the green valley of Grand Fond and the Caribbean Sea and the island’s Atlantic coast in a distance.
Colourful and modern, this wonderful property is ideal for 4 persons looking to have a great time together across its 2 lovely ensuite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining areas, sunny terrace with heated infinity pool, relaxing landscaped garden of bougainvillea and green lawns.
Strategically located, the alluring beaches of Lorient and Marigot Bay are short drive away while 10 minutes by car allows plenty trendy shopping and dining options.
Positioned to provide as much privacy as possible, both bedrooms are identical in size and are luxuriously designed. Both rooms are air-conditioned for added comfort. Bedroom 1 features a super plush King bed and a large walk-in closet, while bedroom 2 has a comfortable King bed and private access to the pool area via a huge floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door. Both the ensuite bathrooms come fitted with the highest quality fixtures, relaxing showers, premium toiletries and vanities.
Outside, the heated infinity pool is the home’s main attraction. Guests can certainly enjoy a refreshing dip accompanied by an uninterrupted views of the glittering Caribbean down below. Several comfortable sunloungers line the pool deck, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful St Bart weather and perhaps get a tan. The deck adjoins the small beautifully landscaped garden of bougainvillas and lush green lawns.
The home’s indoor areas is extremely spacious. Featuring a comfortable v-shaped sectional sofa, A/C, Canal Sat, Dish Network, and sound system, makes this space the best spot to relax while watching a movie or playing some indoor games. With a blend of bright and vivid colours, the stylishly furnished living room opens directly onto the terrace and pool. The trendy kitchen is huge and superbly equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, blender, refrigerator, and dishwasher, perfect for the amateur chef who wants to entertain without being separated from the party. The cosy indoor dining seats 8 while the large covered terrace features an al fresco dining space with a table for ten.
