In its native Mallorquin language, this villa literally translates to red earth. Sa Terra Rotja is part of a cluster of luxurious villas located in the Son Bonyola estate, which is about a 40-minute drive from the airport of Palma, the capital city of Mallorca. A 4-bedroom villa, it can comfortably sleep 8 adults and sits on the edge of the estate. With its picturesque views and breathtaking landscape all around, guests will get to enjoy Mother Nature at its best from the comforts of the villa, whether on the marvellous outdoor terrace and pool space, or in its well-decked indoors that are Instagrammable at every turn and corner. The 4 bedrooms here are built together on one end of the villa, apart from the private Master Suite that is located on the upper level. Accommodating 8 guests comfortably, the rooms are well-kept, classic yet modern, and oozes class and splendor. Smooth, soft carpeting proves to be extra sumptuous, and each room also features their own ensuite bathroom, Bose speakers and a complimentary selection of the most exquisite toiletries. 3 of the rooms are fitted with plush double beds, while the remaining comes with twin bedding. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and windows afford for the most stunning views and sea-fronting vista.
Alfresco dining is what guests can look forward to at the beautiful outdoor terrace area surrounded by the most picturesque and idyllic scenes of green and the sea. A rectangular dining set with rattan chairs fit for a group of 8 pax under the evening skies with glorious sunset or daytime summer will make a most magical setting. The outdoors also feature a heated pool as well as lovely pergola to plonk yourselves in with a book or some conversations.

As you shift from the living hall into other sections, the uber sleek fully-equipped kitchen in their most perfect finishing as well as the classy long dining table and upright chairs with seats for 8 will certainly take your breath away. Here, large sliding glass doors are also designed for guests to open them out to the breezy outdoors.
WiFi Internet access is provided complimentary throughout the villa, and there are mini speakers in the rooms of guests from which they can stream their own music. Underfloor heating is also supplied for the villa in the event that the temperature becomes cold, while all rooms are also equipped with air-conditioning. The villa is also child-friendly as guests can request for high chairs, baby monitors, nappy bins, sterilizer and even animal inflatable toys to play in the pool. Babysitting services are also available upon request with advanced notice. Housekeeping is performed 6 days a week, while laundry services are available 7 days per week and dry cleaning is also provided upon request.
The estate of Son Bunyola itself covers 680 acres of unspoilt natural surroundings on Mallorca’s northwest coast. Besides spending time relaxing and taking in Mother Nature, guests could head to the renowned pebble beaches and coves, which are about 20 minutes away from Villa Sa Terra Rotja. The mountainous terrain here is also perfect for guests to seek out some hiking routes. For an interesting excursion, head out to the traditional Mallorcan villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles which are merely a few kilometers away from Son Bunyola via the scenic beachfront walk.
