Villa Ca S'Hereu

The villa has six bedrooms in total each with their own private en-suite bathrooms plus a guest bathroom. The property contains a two-bedroom self-catering loft that can be separated from the main house if preferred and houses its own fully-equipped kitchen.
The ground floor contains the Master bedroom with a four-poster queen-sized bed with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. There is the option of two extra beds. The ground floor also has three other bedrooms. Two doubles with en-suite bathrooms with showers and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms have access to garden and pool area. (This room is designed for wheelchair access). The first floor contains a spacious open plan self-contained apartment with two double bedrooms, each with en-suite with showers. There is also a ‘tafona’ which is the original olive press room and can be reached from the house’s side or the main entrance. From here you can access the 7th bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and balcony gallery overlooking the tafona and large sliding doors looking out to the pool area.

The estate is large set on acres of land filled with ripe fruit trees and Spanish flowers. From a distance, you can see the Mediterranean Sea and the little port town of Soller. The swimming pool is very tranquil with a platform with a comfortable seating area with loungers and a sofa with a coffee table. The sea has views of treetops and mountains. There is also a sofa area set up for relaxed dining and a BBQ.

Villa Ca S’Hereu interior is simple and elegant. The entrance a pebbled stone hall is unique and includes a chapel for weddings, off of this is a restored oil press. The ground floor has numerous living areas to relax in some featuring chimneys and fireplaces. The main living room has a TV and sound systems. A flight of stairs lead to the fully equipped kitchen which contains a Mallorca style sitting area and separate dining room with views of the gardens. The TV living room has a flatscreen and satellite TV and fireplace. It is adjacent to the library/study with WiFi. On the second floor where the self-contained apartment is, there is an open planned fully equipped kitchen with dining and comfortable living area including a fireplace and television. Large sliding doors open on to a decked terrace which has been stylishly furnished and has stairs leading down to the back of the house and then pool terrace.

The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning with full disinfection. The services the estate provides include a cleaner daily six days a week for four hours, and gardener and maintenance man.
