It is easily accessible via a 24-hour funicular or three-minute electric taxi from the village, while advanced skiers can back to within a short walk of the home when the weather permits.
This fabulous home can sleep 8 adults and 2 children in its 4 luxuriously designed and spacious bedrooms spread across the home. Right on the ground floor is the playfully designed children’s bunk room with 4 bunk beds, wardrobe, separate shower room and toilet, great for both older and younger kids.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the remaining 3 rooms. The master room has a large en-suite bathroom that isluxuriously fitted with top of the range fixtures, separate shower, bathtub, premium toiletries and vanities while the room itself is beautifully decorated with rich textiles, large tv, huge wardrobes for storage, large plush comfortable bed and access to a beautiful private balcony. The further 2 rooms have comfy double or twin beds configuration, one with ensuite bathroom as well as access to private balconies via the large floor to ceiling windows.

Its indoor spaces comprises a beautiful and spacious open-plan living area with a double height sitting area, which also houses a piano. The living space makes a great spot for relaxation all day, especially on its large super comfy sofas and stone fireplace to keep you warm. You can also enjoy the picturesque sights of the village of Zermatt with the majestic Matterhorn in the backdrop through the huge floor to ceiling windows. There is also a beautiful modern open kitchen that is fully equipped where meals are prepared. Sharing the space is the cosy open dining area that leads out to the terrace offering stunning views. Upstairs in the hallway is a sizable desk space with incredible views. Rejuvenate and relax in the indoor spa area with a sauna and indoor hot tub, after a long day out.

There are plenty of activities to indulge in both for skiers and non-skiiers alike. Given its ideal locality, Haus Leytron is easily accessible, a mere 3-mins by electric taxi or 15 minutes walk via the 24 hour funicularfrom the quaint Zermatt Village while experienced skiers can ski (off-piste) to the nearest walking distance from the home, subject to weather condition. The Sunnega Lift is approximately 12 minutes walk or 3-minutes ride on the electric taxi.
