Villa Origin

We had a wonderful day at Origin Villa! The highlight was the beautiful pool overlooking a lush and well-maintained garden, such a peaceful spot to relax. The staff Mr Leonard and his Assistant were incredibly attentive and friendly, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was delicious and fresh, adding to the overall great experience. Lovely ambience. Highly recommend Origin Villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway! It was indeed a fun filled day!

Perfect family getaway for large groups! We had the most wonderful stay at The Origin in Balapitiya. It’s one of those rare places that immediately puts you at ease — calm, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. But what really made it special for us was the warmth and care we received, especially from Lenard, who looked after us so well. Nothing was too much trouble — he made us feel completely at home. We came as a young family with an almost 3-year-old and a 4-month-old, and were thoughtfully provided with two comfortable cots, which made our lives so much easier. It's not always easy to find places that cater well to families with little ones, but this place really got it right. It’s safe, peaceful, and genuinely kid-friendly without compromising on comfort or quality. A real highlight was the seafood barbecue by the pool — fresh, beautifully cooked, and in the most stunning setting. Sitting out under the stars, sharing a relaxed meal while the kids were settled for the night, was such a treat. If you’re a family looking for somewhere to unwind, reconnect, and be well looked after, The Origin is a place I’d recommend in a heartbeat.
