The strong points are certainly the large swimming pool and the garden (especially for our four-legged friends) and the total solitude and tranquility of the villa.

The most positive aspect of the structure is the well-kept outdoor area and the swimming pool, which is also well kept and clean. The house has a very pleasant appearance, especially for the architectural details and for some furnishings.
