The villa was immaculate and felt so homely as soon as I arrive, my family then arrived and 2am and the villa manager stayed awake to greet them. Jerome and his wife were beyond hospitable and the team cooking and cleaning the same. The food is exceptional and exceeded expectations. The villa is situated a few steps above the beautiful, what felt like our very own private beach. The garden is beautiful and perfect for the full family to enjoy from found to old. Our stay was perfect, thank you.

We had an amazing family trip with our young children and parents at this absolutely beautiful location. Everything was just perfect—the property was stunning, direct access to the beach, incredibly clean, and well-maintained. The staff was exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was incredible and they were so accommodating for the children who were being picky. We stayed for two nights but truly wish we had booked a longer stay. It was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

A dream spot on the southern coast. We had a lovely time. Great staff, expansive living areas and the food was wonderful. The beautiful pool overlooks a wild and very quiet beach. The ultimate catered experience in luxurious quarters. Laid back and relaxing. Thanks so much for the stay.

We arrived at Villa Abiman after a five-hour drive, tired and hot. House manager Jerome and his fabulous staff welcomed us like family, our spirits soared, and we settled in for a magical six days. With expansive grounds, a lovely library, and an indoor-outdoor vibe, our group of four felt like guests at a special small hotel. The villa chef created gorgeous meals — don’t bother dining out with such a talented hand in the kitchen. We hated to leave.

Absolutely amazing stay in the sheer luxury. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive and the food really good. We had five days in the home and in addition to walks on the associated beach, we were not at all out of the listing. We traveled with kids aged 0-6 as well as grandparents. The kids loved the pool, the many games (both outside and inside), and the homemade lollies. The grandparents loved the tranquility and good food. In other words, Jonad and his family have created the perfect setting for a family holiday that accommodates all ages. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Wow!! From the time of arrival we fell in love immediately with the villa, the setting, and the excellent hospitality from the villa staff. We were celebrating a special occasion during our stay, and are so pleased we chose Abiman Villa to spend it, we were so well looked after and it made our stay and the memories even more special. Jerome helped with anything we needed, the villa staff are flawless in their work, so kind and accommodating, the chef cooked the most incredible meals, and there is direct access to a stunning beach. On the first night we watched a sea turtle laying her eggs in the sand, and the magic of the villa gardens, the beautiful home and sound of the crashing waves from the ocean continued to wow us throughout our entire stay. We can’t speak highly enough of Villa Abiman - we’d recommend to everyone, and can’t wait to return soon! Thank you Jonas, Louise, Jerome and all of the team! Our special memories of Sri Lanka from this trip will live in our hearts forever ♥

Jona's villa is superb. It is easily as good as it looks in the pictures but in reality even better in person. It is fully equipped for a superb holiday without ever leaving the villa. You certainly do not need to leave the villa in order to dine well, the cooking and variety of options on offer were outstanding. All four bedrooms are large and beautifully appointed. The grounds are immaculate, the views over the sea spectacular. Plenty of room to gather with family and friends, but also to have your own space. We very much enjoyed our morning and evening walks along the white sandy beach, direct access from the villa. If you ever do feel inclined to venture out for an evening drink we highly recommend Smoke and Bitters!

Dear Jonas and his wonderful staff ! Thank you for this amazing time. This has been one of ours most memorable trips. All because of the staff of villa Abiman. There are no words to explain the beauty of the villa ,what ever we say is less. Very well organized house,beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, beautiful pool,and the most amazing view of the ocean.This house is highly recommended for luxury living. #Most important was the staff who always had a smile on their face (the cook)he is a brilliant cook. Jerome and his wife is a blessing for the house. Last but not the least ,the owners Jonas and his wife have done a brilliant job in building this villa.We can see their love in that house! This villa exceeded all our expectations. Jonas was quick to respond to all enquiries and offered great local tips. The villa manager, Jerome, was exceptional... warm, friendly, hospitable, and went out of his way to ensure a relaxing stay for everybody. The food was also amazing, and some of the best meals we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Way better than the much more expensive 5 star hotels we also stayed at in Sri Lanka. This place offers relaxed privacy in an incredible seaside villa environment, where every room has its own large en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, beautiful fresh flowers, fantastic amenities. We honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience at Abiman Villa. Simply amazing, with faultless service and amenities. So well thought out. Best villa in Sri Lanka.

We had the sincere pleasure of staying with our visiting Italian family for a weekend at Villa Abiman. It was unequivocally the best vacation rental we have ever experienced in Sri Lanka and even globally. While the picturesque, quiet, breathtaking setting is unmatched, the attention to detail in the architecturally stunning spacious villa and its lush landscaping are exceptional. The friendly, hard working and attentive house manager, Jerome,his wife and his team are the most professional we have encountered in our many travels throughout Sri Lanka. The house and its furnishings are immaculate and are well-equipped with indoor and outdoor recreational activities...from a diverse and large library to a cupboard filled with board games, to volleyball to pool and beach toys and more. The delicious food is carefully, freshly and beautifully prepared and served, catering to our personal preferences. There is even a beautiful well-stocked kitchen for guests with international coffees and a wide selection of local teas. Sheets, towels, robes, slippers and even sarongs are of the highest quality.. As are the comfy beds, making for a stay on par/exceeding the finest hotels in the world. We loved the welcome book which highlights the villa's offerings as well as the neighboring area's. And, to cap off our memorable weekend, a family of monkeys paid us a visit. What an extraordinary experience! We cannot wait to return! Thanks, Villa Abiman, for making our guests' visit their best holiday ever!

What a wonderful place!!! Outstanding hospitality, perfect location on a clean beach, sparkling clean, beautiful layout and design.....this place has it all.....also its brand new....we had an outstanding (better than expected) vacation and stay at Jonas's beautiful beach villa.....highly recommend the homely villa...thank you Jonas for giving us a memorable vacation and also to Louise for guiding us to the right shops in Colombo...thanks also to Jerome and Dilshan who took care of us well....we look forward to visiting your place again.....

We stayed 4 nights at Abiman Villa. All we can say is exceptionall: incredible view, big an clean pool overlooking at the ocean, the bach in front the villa is wide, with golden-rose sand. All bedrooms are very spatious, with indoor and outdoor showers. The huge and beautiful villa has splendid decorations and you can spend all day long inside if you want. The staff are very kind and paid attention everytime! Jerome, the administrator, is very calm and nice guy, trying always to fulfill all our needs. Also Jonas, the owner of the villa, stayed in touch with us with all the informations we needed. We strongly recommend Abiman Villa if you want to go to Sri Lanka.
