We had a wonderful time at the Villa Blau Mari - the temperatures were in the mid-20s and enjoyed several days at the wonderful sand beach with clear water.
The villa is located in the second row, but has direct beach access and you have a great view from the ground and the balcony. The beach access is private, but you share the path with another vacation house behind you.
There are some tourist hotels nearby and supermarkets, pharmacy are in walking distance, also some restaurants (though it’s nicer to drive to Alcudia for dinner).
We definitely would recommend this villa to our friends and would come again.
