The location of this Pollensa townhouse is really good (the restaurant nearby is also excellent). There's loads of space and the kitchen is well equipped etc. We used it as a base for cycling rather than our usual PdP and it was actually better. Town itself is lovely with some fantastic places to eat (offering better value at times than elsewhere on the island). Parking is around 400m away from the property in a basement of another building. Access is via a remote you'll get on check-in and a steep access ramp. It was fine in our hire car but anything bigger would've been a bit of a challenge.
