Check in was easy, the apartment was clean and cozy. Despite the fact that there are many apartments on the floor, it was quiet there. The apartment has air conditioning, which also works as a heater, and the cold apartment was quickly warmed up. To park is possible right next to the house. I always found a place no more than 100m from the entrance. In the city is everything needed. I can recommend this apartment also for winter.

Everything was ok. Flat is clean. Not far away from the beach. No problem parking.
