The villa absolutely matches the pictures and description. The staff is so kind and quick to respond to any issue or question. The massages were fabulous. The food was good. The best part is the pool and jungle scenery.

This was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived until checkout, everything was exceptional. The people are what made this place so special. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and we were treated with a level of care and respect that is rare to find. The property was absolutely stunning, and every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious. We enjoyed so many of the amenities, the food was incredible, and the cooking class was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! We left feeling so impressed and grateful for the entire experience. We honestly didn’t want to leave and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our stay so unforgettable!

I choose this villa for my birthday and I would definitely do that again as the place was spectacular! Beautiful villa with 2 private pools, amazing bathroom and absolutely stunning design! We got double massage with my son, ladies came in to our villa and we could go straight to the bath with warm water after which is not really possible often in Bali 😁 we were moving to another villa next day and we were very happy that we didn’t have to wait until chekin at 2pm , our room was ready for us around 12 which was amazing! Thank you for wonderful stay, we would definitely come back to this villa again ❤️

I came with high expectations, first because it was a dream to be immersed in the Ubud jungle, and second because the photos of the villa looked too good to be true. Well, it was all true and exceeded our expectations, a real jungle paradise, exactly like the photos and actually more immersive and impressive in person. Very clean, and they change the linens and towels daily, which is absolutely top notch. The team is responsive and helpful, and the wifi is fast and uninterrupted. The house sits in a quieter part of Ubud, so the drive to the center takes about 40 minutes with traffic, but that's a general note and not specific to Casa Granada. We knew it was secluded, and that's exactly why it's also so quiet and peaceful. Price wise, it's not affordable, but honestly everything was so magical and great that I haven't given it a second thought. Komang and his team are five stars of kindness and service.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The villas are truly stunning and so well maintained. Everything looked just like the pictures and it was the perfect place to switch off completely and enjoy nature. The private massage beds were amazing and the team were so incredibly responsive to arrange anything from food, a warm bath setup or masseurs. The location is so private and beautiful however it is worth noting there was nothing within walking distance so you do require a bike or car for most things. Nothing was too much trouble for the Team and we had the most incredible time - would definitely stay again!

The Villa was simply a dream. The most beautiful outside area and view, lovely interior and decorations. The bathtub is a highlight! It also felt very private, as it's closed off to the other villas and we rarely saw any other guests on the grounds. We felt welcome since the arrival - the team is so kind, helpful and considerate and interested in conversations with us. We really appreciate their hospitality. They have a great sortiment of additional services and even rented us a scooter. Communication is easy and quick. All in all, it was one of our most enjoyable stays, everything was just perfect and we would love to come again.

Incredible 3-night stay! The villa is super comfortable and the pool view is absolutely magical—perfect for relaxing in nature. A huge shoutout to Komang the manager and his amazing team; they provided top-notch service, responded instantly, and anticipated our every need. It's about a 15-20 minute scooter ride to Ubud centre, and the staff easily arranged the rental for us. Fully recommend this place for a flawless Ubud experience!

Incredible place to stay! Beautiful location and villa, the views are amazing. We loved the outdoor terrace area and bath overlooking the wilderness. Super friendly and responsive staff. The location is out of the city centre bustle but easily reachable by taxi. Would absolutely recommend.

This place was absolutely perfect. There is a full staff that takes care of everything you need, which we didn’t even know about before booking!! The place was fantastic and greatly exceeded our expectations on our honeymoon. So thankful for Fajar, Putu, the masseuses, and the whole rest of the staff for everything! They also recommended us an amazing driver who took us all over Bali and was an amazing host.

One of the best stays and experiences I’ve ever had — not only in Bali, but anywhere else as well. Honestly, I wish my stay here was longer than just two days because this villa exceeded all my expectations and genuinely set the bar so high for every place after it. Everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is spotless, beautiful, peaceful, and literally flawless. But what made the experience truly special was the amazing staff. Every single person here was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with genuine care and warmth. Thank you for making our first days in Bali unforgettable. This place will always have a special memory for us, and I’m sure we’ll come back again someday ❤️

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. Honestly, the place was even more beautiful than the photos — peaceful, cozy, and truly unforgettable. Great value for money. Looked exactly like the photos, if anything…the photos didn’t do it justice. This place was the most amazing villa I have ever stayed in. So peaceful. Connected with nature with views of the jungle from the pool. The staff were just amazing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff just couldn’t do enough for you. I desperately want to go back again. Our butler Putu was always on hand to assist every request we had. Our driver also named Putu was always available anytime of day and night and made our trip truly memorable. Look no further, if you want peace but just a stone’s throw from the middle of Ubud, this is the place to book! I could go on and on about this place. It was truly stunning. I didn’t want to leave. So clean and pristine. I felt like a celebrity the way they treated us. SIMPLY AMAZING!!!

Our stay was incredible. The staff was so friendly and extremely accommodating at all times. The villa itself was beautiful and comfortable. It was located far enough outside of the city center to where you can enjoy quiet but close enough to where you can be in the city quickly. We loved our stay!

This villa is incredibly special. The jungle setting makes it feel completely private, exotic, and peaceful, like your own hidden oasis. The attention to detail throughout the space is beautiful and thoughtful. The staff were also wonderful. One day they even went to the market to get fruits I had mentioned I was craving, which was such a kind touch. It happened to be my birthday during our stay, and the team surprised me in the morning, which made the experience even more memorable. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, lush, and very Bali, this place is a gem. I would absolutely come back.
