We absolutely loved our 3 nights at Pa Sak Tong.
Even before our stay, John, the GM, was providing me helpful information about our visit, Chiang Rai, Phuket, and even our flights from Bangkok and Chiang Rai to Phuket. John was an amazing host and so incredibly helpful. My teenage kids LOVED and would go back just to see him again :)
The "resort" (loosely call it a resort as it is so much nicer than most) was stunning. it was tranquil, relaxing, and the staff was so attentive. We were so fortunate to have several staff members working with and Thai was our main hostess. She picked us up at the airport and from the time we arrived at the airport, the staff, drivers and staff were so attentive to our every need (even if we didn't have one:). Thai was so so sweet as was the chef, Khun Ni and all of the other staff members. The food was incredible & there was so much of it!
John took us to an elephant sanctuary called: Elephant Valley and it was another incredible experience. The elephants roam free and our guide took so much time with us. This is an opportunity for everyone to learn about how these beautiful creatures should be treated.
John also planned a trip to the Bethesda Orphanage near the border and this was an important and fun experience for my 17 year old son and 2, 18 year old daughters. Khun Nim is a wonderful young woman & devotes her life to these wonderful children. If you have a chance to visit & learn & ultimately support the work she is doing, it is a great experience.
All in all, our kids call our trip a "trip of a lifetime" & Pa Sak Tong exceeded ALL of our expectations. The pictures you will see don't even compare to the actual property!
