Jasmine was probably one of the most impressive professionals I have ever met. Aside from all that was great about the unit, she kept us informed of the developing hurricane and was proactively trying to figure out options should we have to move from our location. We did not and everything in the end worked out. The unit is a beautiful unit with an incredible amount of space, it was very private and secure. The kitchen was excellent for entertaining and the Norma Dutch mattress was something I need to buy for myself back home here in the States because we slept incredibly well on it. Full washer dryer in unit was helpful throughout the stay. Jasmine was incredibly helpful in helping facilitate me hitting with a tennis pro, in-room massages for us, and availability to get a private chef/catering for our needs. She was above and beyond and I am a hard judge when it comes to level of service, but she has a level of sophistication, organization, and professionalism that's unmatched!
