This gorgeous rental property is nestled within a 2000 square meter garden in the countryside of Mallorca, close to the ancient town of Pollença. You will have gorgeous views in all directions from the estate and can even see the soaring hills at a distance. Modern, stylish interiors combined with a welcoming and homely atmosphere make this the perfect Spanish retreat. From the time you arrive here, you will find it easy to relax and enjoy every moment under the Spanish sun, whether you are on the outdoor terrace, the sprawling lawn, or enjoying the villa’s inviting private swimming pool. Step inside and you will find three bedrooms that can sleep up to six guests. The house is overflowing with Spanish charm. It is packed with modern luxuries, which will make your holiday comfortable.
Finca Can Roig Gran is spread over a single level, so whichever bedroom you stay in, it will be really easy to reach the lawn and garden. The house has three bedrooms, two with twin beds and one bedroom has a large double bed. Wooden or wrought-iron furniture provides them with unique personalities. All the three bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. Sunlight comes in through the big windows, flooding the rooms. A beamed ceiling provides the traditional Mallorcan touch.
The lovely well cared garden and an inviting private swimming pool make this the perfect villa for families with young children. They can run around on the manicured lawn, play hide and seek within the trees, and splash around in the shallow end of the pool. What to do – what a wonderful dilemma! The entire property is fenced, so you don’t have to worry about where they have gone and what they are doing.
In the meantime, the adults can venture into the deeper areas of the pool for a refreshing swim, relax on a poolside lounger, or enjoy the villa’s barbecue. The garden also has water features like a pond with a fountain.
Inside the villa, every room is bright and spacious, with light flooding in through contemporary windows. The rooms are decorated with objects of art, unique ceramics, paintings, and hanging chandeliers. There is plenty of space to spread out and find private moments, while also enjoying friendly, open-plan living areas where you can spend quality time with your family or friends. The living area has a satellite television and a fireplace.
It also boasts a fully-equipped, modern kitchen where you will find a refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and a washing machine.

Wander through the narrow lanes appreciating the old stone houses. The town center is only 5 kilometers from the villa. You will find most of the shops, restaurants, and cafes here.
