An absolutely delightful property offering guests high quality, modern, and very comfortable accommodations in a fantastic location . The four-bedroom 260m2 villa comprises both double and single bed sleeping arrangements making it the ideal vacation home for family or friends.
This very attractive Finca impresses instantly, built with traditional Spanish stone, sitting on a 14,000 m2 plot of land, surrounded by lush countryside and lovely gardens with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The villa is very private and quiet, yet close to everything on offer in this lovely region.
Finca Can Oliva has four spacious, comfortable bedrooms, each is beautifully decorated, airconditioned, and very relaxing and the perfect blend of style and comfort. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor and one upstairs. Two feature double beds, and two twin beds, making sleeping arrangements easy. The beds and linens are all exceptionally high quality and help ensure the perfect night’s sleep. Each room has wardrobes, lovely furnishings, and finishes.
The bedrooms are served by four bathrooms, bright and spacious with walk-in showers, and are supplied with towels and hairdryers for guests’ convenience.
Timber features quite prominently in the beautiful bedrooms with delightful beamed ceilings and a wonderful blending of traditional style with modern comforts.
Surrounded by gardens and olive groves and providing fabulous views to the mountains, this property is great for family and friends.
Guests can enjoy the large swimming pool or the jacuzzi, both offering sensational views. The younger ones can enjoy plenty of green space and the Finca also boasts a football and ping pong table for exciting tournaments! The villa is completely fenced for the little one’s safety and has security doors to the outdoors.
The huge swimming pool is a delight with beautiful plants and statuary surrounding it. A place of wonderful days enjoying the Mallorcan sun. There is a BBQ on site for lovely al fresco meals on the terrace, and a gorgeous shaded day bed for lazy days of pure relaxation. There is free parking on-site for guests’ convenience.
Upon entering the property guests will feel instantly the comfort and space this beautiful home offers. The large entrance foyer opens to the lovely stone staircase, the use of polished stone and warm whites in the decor create an oasis of peace and harmony, ensuring instant relaxation. There is a lounge and dining room on this level, the lounge complete with comfortable sofas and large flatscreen TV with satellite, wifi, and DVD for enjoying nights in the lovely Finca. There are also three double bedrooms with ensuite.
Upstairs the lovely open living areas are simply stunning. High-end décor with huge windows overlooking the pool and gardens, ample comfortable sofas and satellite tv for cozy nights enjoying family and friends, and very chic dining space adjacent to the sitting area which features an ultra-modern large table and chairs, close to the terrace. A large picture window showcases the beautiful views beyond.
The modern kitchen is great; fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and all equipment needed to create and serve delicious meals. There is seating at the central island also…wonderful for enjoying a quick meal or a coffee. The Finca also boasts a fully equipped laundry room.
The Finca will be completely deep cleaned with freshly made beds on guests’ arrival after 4 pm. Guests arriving earlier do have the option of requesting early check-in if available or storing their luggage at the property and exploring the area. Pets are not welcomed, and holding events is not permitted.
Check-out is by 10 am. The Finca requires a deposit which is fully refunded after the final inspection of the property.
A safety box is provided in the Finca and guests are encouraged to use this for their valuables.
The Finca has located a short 1.5km walk or drive into the center of the pretty town of Alcudia, and guests can enjoy the many restaurants, bars, and cafes on offer. Enjoy wonderful Spanish cuisine at one of the lovely restaurants, or perhaps enjoy tapas and a glass or two of the local wines at one of the multitudes of cafes, the choices are plenty.
The old town is a must-see, with its ancient walls that guard the city. The walls were constructed in the 14th century and are still intact today. Strolling the walls is a delight.
Alcudia has a very rich history, discovered by the Moors in the 9th century, there are many very interesting sites and examples of fabulous architecture in this cultural town. Just outside of town is the Ciud de Pollentia; the ruins of an ancient Roman town dating back to the first century BC. An absolutely fascinating place that will enthrall all.
The stunning Finca Can Oliva is within a few kilometers of many beaches and a little further away from the spectacular Cape Formentor. Guests are spoiled for choice and have stunning options to choose from for wonderful days on pure white sand beaches with sparkling turquoise waters.
