Located only 350m from the sea and close to the famous Alcanada Golf Course, Villa Alcanada is a multi-tiered holiday rental in Majorca with stunning sea views and lush greenery. A private 8-metre pool is flanked by a paved terrace for outdoor fun with a brick BBQ. With five bedrooms, the villa can easily accommodate 10 guests and the modern conveniences like air-conditioning, heating, and fully-equipped kitchen allow you to settle in with ease.

There are five bedrooms at Villa Alcanada, three of the larger rooms feature terrace access so you can step outside, have a cup of tea while enjoying the view. The rooms are furnished well with comfortable double and twin beds. There are windows for fresh air and sunlights. You will also find easy chairs in the corner for added seating. There is abundant storage in the bedroom for your belongings. The villa has three bathrooms with modern fittings and fixtures, showers and/or bathtubs.
A sea-facing villa with its own private swimming pool, Villa Alcanada offers you the chance to enjoy all that Majorca has to offer. From the warm sun on your back to the stunning sea in front, you have so much to experience. The swimming pool is bordered by a natural stone with sunbeds where you can sunbathe. There is lush greenery including three tall trees casting shade on the ground.
An external staircase leads to another terrace upstairs that offers spectacular sea views and outlying islands. There are daybeds here as well along with a shaded terrace furnished with an al fresco dining area. The third terrace is even higher with spectacular views and a comfortable sofa for sundowners.
A modern and colourful living area is accessible directly from the terrace through folding glass doors. The sectional sofa is comfortable and plush, perfect for laying back, resting, and relaxing. You can snuggle up on the long-backed winged chair, an ideal nook for reading. The room is bright and flush with sunlight and fresh air. The room has pristine white interiors with live plants decorating the corners. There is colourful artwork on the walls and an upcycled teal dresser to liven up the room even more. You can watch TV in your air-conditioned living room and kick back for as long as you want.
The dining area stands next to the sitting area and it is furnished with an eight-seater dining table. There are a set of doors that lead to the terrace where you have al fresco dining. A quaint corner in the modern kitchen features a little raised bar-style setup with bar stools and a high table. The kitchen is fully-equipped and it is spacious with ample room so that everyone can cook together. Another set of doors leads outside and you can keep those open for some fresh, summer air. The kitchen has a coffee machine, induction stove, and other state of the art appliances.
Villa Alcanada is fully-equipped with modern amenities and services to help you enjoy a comfortable stay. The villa has heating and cooling, laundry, and dishwashing, among other things. It is friendly for families with kids as you can request amenities like baby cots, highchairs, etc. You can even request the BBQ to enjoy some freshly-grilled food.
Villa Alcanada is only a few minutes from the beachfront and the town centre of Alcudia where you can enjoy leisurely walks along the heritage streets lined with Majorcan stone. The churches, castles, and quaint market areas are just what you need for an immersive Spanish experience. Drive to the town of Pollensa for further educating yourself in the history of Spain and its Balearic Islands.
