Villa Ca Na Xaneta is a gorgeous country house with a fabulous location in between the beautiful Old Town of Alcudia and the lively Port d’Alcudia. This villa is a great choice if you are looking for a nature retreat with a whole lot of local charm and a strategic location towards restaurants, shops and beaches. The villa has 5 bedrooms for large groups. There’s a spacious living room with all the modern conveniences you need and a big private garden with a pool. Most striking are the mountain views from the garden and the living room. Prepare to get stunned.
The villa has 5 bedrooms for up to 10 guests. The rooms are furnished with antiques and solid teak furniture. There are 3 rooms with twin beds and 2 rooms with double beds. All 5 bedrooms have AC on a timer (cold and heat) and 2 rooms have a private en-suite shower room. There are 2 shared bathrooms of which 1 features a bath and a shower. Most rooms boast mountain views to kiss you awake in the morning which is just marvellous!
The most striking things in the garden are the mountain views and the sparkling L-shaped swimming pool. A little breeze blowing through the greenery, sunbeds to relax on, cool water to plunge into and an alfresco dining table on a covered terrace with a BBQ - what more to wish for?
Villa Ca Na Xaneta features a spacious private living room designed with huge arched windows overlooking the mountains and hills around the property. There are multiple comfortable sofas to relax on, simply gazing at the views or watching something on the television with international channels. The living room gives direct access to the garden terrace and pool and guests have the option to dine inside or outdoors. The kitchen has a traditional look with wooden cabinets and plenty of space to live out your cooking dreams. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dual sink, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and more.
Privacy is the keyword at this villa. There is no need to worry about the household as you get to enjoy housekeeping services. Linen and towels are changed 1 x week (usually on Saturdays). Wifi is complimentary and unlimited. The villa has its own off-road parking space.
Villa Ca Na Xaneta is located in Alcudia, somewhere in between the Old Town and the lively Port d’Alcudia. Alcudia is a popular tourist destination and it is located on the north side of the island Majorca. The nearest beach is just 1,5 km away and you will find shops and restaurants within 1 km of the villa. In the old town, you can see beautiful Medieval architecture and have drinks at charming coffee cafes. You’ll love it!
