A beautiful, traditional stone house in Mallorca, 5 km from Alcudia and 6 km from Pollensa, Villa Calme is a three-bedroom paradise for travellers. You will enjoy the serene views of hills and surrounding greenery, your private pool and the lavish garden with freshly-cut grass. The fenced gardens gives you all the privacy you need.
From the covered terrace to the open-plan living and dining area, Villa Calme has been designed for absolute comfort and luxury. You can rest, rejuvenate and feel utterly refreshed by relaxing in the pool, sunbathing or sleeping in your private room. Breathe in the fresh air and bask in the Mallorcan sun for a refreshing escape.
Villa Calme is home to three beautiful bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and a double ensuite bedroom. The double ensuite bedroom offers a stunning view of the gardens and neighbouring hills through a set of doors. It is a spacious room under a slanted ceiling while the other two bedrooms feature large windows for garden views, sunlight and fresh air. The bedrooms are comfortable and homely. You have an ensuite with a shower and a bath and a second bathroom with a shower and bath.
The outdoors at Villa Calme is teeming with lush greenery, native plants and trees that thrive in the Mallorcan air. The private swimming pool is inviting enough that you will want to dive right in. Relax on the sun loungers, sipping on chilled drinks or reading a book. A covered terrace with barbecue and outdoor dining is the perfect place to enjoy your lunch. The garden is luxurious and great for children to play around.
A set of glass doors will take you straight to the living room at Villa Calme. The carrot-red sofas reside under the high-slanted ceiling and walls decorated with rustic wooden floating shelves. The terracotta tiles and wooden beams, the natural stone table for the TV and a stone arch bring in both modern and traditional Mallorcan vibes to the room. You can rest on the sofa, watch TV or simply go off to sleep as the area is quiet without interruption.
The dining table is right behind the lounge with a classic, wooden dining table and seating for guests. You can relish lovely, family-style meals and toast to a wonderful holiday. The area is spacious so you can move around without getting in anyone’s way. The modern kitchen has a separate breakfast table. It is also fully-equipped and modern with a coffee machine, microwave and oven and other amenities for your comfort.
In addition to the serene setting of Villa Calme, it is also well-equipped with modern amenities to offer you a comfortable stay. WiFi, air-conditioning, heating and more services add to your comfort. There is open-air parking for your vehicles so it is easy to drive a rental. You may request services like pool fence, extra cleaning and private taxis. Some services like cots/cribs etc. are available for families.
Villa Calme is in a quiet location between Alcudia and Pollensa, giving you easy access to both towns. You can explore the town centres for cafes, streets steeped in history and learn more about Mallorca by interacting with locals. The Port Alcudia beach is a 10-minute drive from the property for days out on the sandy shores.
