Villa Can Rosita is a stunning modern luxury home nestled within Mal Pas, a quiet resort on a peninsula between Alcudia and Pollensa.
Perfect for a family or group of friends wanting to spend an idyllic vacation, this bright and dazzling home boosts 3 sleekly designed bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, open plan living room with fireplace, covered terrace, fully-equipped kitchen with dining facilities, large patio area, swimming pool and barbecue area, can accommodate up to 6 guests. What’s more, it is 500 metres from the sea! This all white modern home is absolutely cool and will certainly wow you.
All 3 bedrooms are minimalisticly designed with ultra comfortable large king beds and direct outdoor access through a massive glass door. The 2 modern bathrooms have large walk-in showers, bathtub, high quality fixtures, premium toiletries and vanities. The master room has direct access to the pool which means its occupants can literally jump in once awake, it is so awesome!
The outdoor spaces are equally awesome, with a calming pool that wraps around the back and side of the villa, running up to one of the shower rooms. For added convenience there is also an outside shower. The large patio and terrace areas are suited for chilling out with a good read or a drink. You can also enjoy quality barbecue or al-fresco dining time at the outside dining and sitting area shaded by a large parasol.
Spread across its vast interior living spaces are a beautiful open plan living, dining and kitchen area which can be accessed through an enormous glass door. There is a cozy living room where guests can relax on the plush sofas and enjoy some alone time with their family or friends. A partial wall with a modern fireplace and built-in TV, separates the living area from the exquisite kitchen and dining space. The stylish modern kitchen is fully equipped for meals preparation of any magnitude. Within the same space is the dining area. Meals can also be enjoyed at the large island table while watching the “chef” cook.
The wonderful team at the villa is ever ready to cater to your needs. Maid services, babysitting, private chefs or catering, and local day trips or tours are just a few of the services commonly requested and these come with a little extra costs. For those travelling with toddlers or young kids, highchair and travel cot can also be requested and arranged. Private parking spaces are also provided within the compound of this property.
With so many luxuries provided for in the property, it is understandable that you just stay in throughout your trip. If you prefer to explore the surrounding areas, there are plenty to see and do. The Mal Pas neighbourhood where this property is situated, is a small affluent Alcudia suburban area with stunning beaches, the nearest being Playa de Sant Pere, a lovely quiet beach with fine sands, crystal clear waters and fantastic views of the Formentor Peninsula. A mere 2 minutes away is the Playa de Sant Joan, another awesome beach. Unlike the beaches in most of Mallorca, both these beaches have waves so you will have some fun jumping over the waves!
For dining options, there is Cocodrilla Restaurant (950m), for some exciting and fresh seafood dishes, after which head on to 5 Oceanus Chillout bar a short walk away for some after dinner drinks - a great way to end the day. Meanwhile, Eurocop Supermarket (1km) is also nearby should you need to stock up the pantry and other essentials.
Not too far away is the lovely historic town of Alcudia. The Medieval town is interesting, dotted with cobbled streets, plenty of historical attractions including the Church of Sant Crist, welcoming eateries serving tantalising meals and small little retail shops. There is an awesome colourful and buzzing Friday open-air market to visit as well. Numerous concerts and plays take centre stage in the summer months. The famous old town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa towards the north of Mal Pas also have plenty to offer.
