Villa Molinas, a 150m2 property, comprised of ample space with the villas open plan living area connecting to the spacious patio which runs alongside the house. The villa consists of 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, hosting up to 6 guests, for a relaxed and easy vacation. This welcoming property is complete with a fully equipped modern kitchen, wifi throughout the villa, utility room, barbeque area complete with a bread oven and plenty of outdoor and indoor seating.
Villa Molinas satisfying all of its guests with the choice of sleeping arrangements. Whether or not travelling with a group of friends or family, everyone can be comfortable.
The spacious and bright rooms ensure guests a good night's sleep after an exciting day exploring the town. The master room completed with a double bed and one of the twin bedrooms with an en-suite shower room; while the other bedrooms share a family shower room.
Each room cooled off with their own air-conditioning to guarantee a good night's sleep.
The two modern bathrooms are equipped with a large walk in shower, toilet, bidet, washbasins and equipped with fluffy towels, soap and hairdryer, each bathroom complete with piping hot water.
The beautiful terrace of Villa Molinas ensures stunning panoramic views from every one of the plush seating provided. With plenty of sun beds and comfortable nooks for guests to curl up with a good book and relax, Villa Molinas becomes the ideal vacation home for an entitled relax.
The terrace area complete with a barbeque creates the ideal setting for dining outdoors under the Pollensa night sky. During the day the villa is surrounded by uninterrupted views of the mountains and countryside, such a stunning setting delighting all of its guests.
For those guests arriving with their own transport, Villa Molinas has plenty of complimentary parking.
Villa Molinas is complete with a light and bright fully equipped modern kitchen, with direct access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen boasts not only pots and pans but is also supplied with a microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and kettle; all guests could possibly need to prepare a gourmet meal in their holiday villa with such a beautiful background setting. There is also a washing machine for guests to use. The indoor area has plenty of choices for guests to dine, hosting visitors on the kitchen island with ample seating or the dining table for more of a formal setting.
The spacious lounge area boasting plush sofas is the perfect hangout spot for guests to come together at the end of the night and enjoy the warm setting of the fireplace. With the modern formal setting, Villa Molinas still incorporates the traditional décor of a Spanish country home.
The Villa also boasts a large cable TV, wifi and safety deposit box for guests convenience.
Once arriving and settling in guests will be spoiled with fantastic hospitality of the villa and stunning views over the mountains. By request Villa Molinas will pride its occupants with a baby high chair and a crib if needed. The Villa is also fully disinfected before and after all guests check in and out and the villa is fully cleaned every 7 days of the stay.
Ideally located between Pollensa, Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, Villa Molinas is in the perfect location for guests to enjoy the local beaches and outdoor activities. Puerto Pollensa (sand beach) and Bahía de Puerto Pollensa (Rock beach) are only a 5km drive from the comfort of your private villa. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the restaurants, local shops and town centre of Pollensa, including the delicious and popular Scacco Matto restaurant, only a few minutes drive from the villa.
